Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Picturesque village, atypical cottage

My place is good for a couple or solo. Totally independent entrance. Kitchen equipped with an oven , induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven.. kitchen utensils washing machine etc . Free parking very close on the street At the foot of Vercors, 25 minutes from the Valence TGV train station, 50 minutes from Grenoble, 40 minutes from the ski resorts, very touristy site: Thai cave 2 minutes walk , lake with wheel boat, river body of water,hikes ,bike path nearby.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar at the slopes. Skis on foot in winter and from beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***
