Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. Guests can enjoy a pleasant little shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request.
