Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Fully equipped independent studio ( from our house) located between sea and mountain at the gates of the Parc des Cévennes in a charming village with all amenities: shops, local market, bank, pharmacy, supermarket... 50km from Nîmes and Montpellier, 30km from Alès and close to other cultural and natural sites, Anduze, St Guilhem the desert, the Hérault gorges (canoe-kayak) 1 hour from the Camargue, the beaches of La Grande Motte, Palavas les Flots , Le Grau du Roi.

Old watermill with private garden, Mas du moulin neuf

This old 16th century watermill is located on the outskirts of the town of Saint Hippolyte du Fort, at the foot of the Cevennes. Surrounded by vineyards and the Vidourle river, but still within walking distance of all amenities and the cozy center. The house is suitable for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 2-person bedrooms, possibility to add a crib and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Jacuzzi in the garden, spacious wooden terrace and lots of privacy

Old renovated Cévennes clede

In the heart of the Cévennes countryside, the cottage occupies the former clède (chestnut dryer), whose renovation combines comfort and authenticity. A private terrace in the shade of the trees will allow you to dine there in the summer. You will have access to the garden which offers many rest areas in the shade of the hackberries and holm oaks as well as the pool. For safety reasons, unfortunately I am unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.

Safe haven with natural pool

Situe entre St Hipployte du Fort et Lasalle, cette ancienne maison Cevenol a ete entierement renove avec gout et confort. Elle est situe au grand calme sur 3 hectares de foret, avec une agreable terrasse au sud sur laquel vous pouvez prendre vos repas, faire la sieste,boire l'apero tout en faisant votre barbeqeu la cuisine d'ete. Nous avons récemment fait aménagé un bassin en baignade naturelle, situe en contre bas de la maison.

You will be quiet amidst the chestnut trees. Le Mas is at the end of the road. This all-stone house welcomes you in the heart of the Cévennes to enjoy hiking trails, bike rides, moments of rest or a swim in the pool open to the traveler.
