Nestled in the heart of the old fishing district of "Croix de Vie". At the end of a cul-de-sac, around a courtyard, you will find the duplex with its parking space. Quiet and family atmosphere in this small condominium. Here, we take the time to live. You can do anything on foot or by bike. The duplex is 33 m2, its terrace faces south. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, you have a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Access to the loggia for well-deserved reading breaks.

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Charming little place near the marsh.

You will enjoy a friendly and welcoming stay in Machecoul-St-Même, in a 2-star, independent accommodation, adjoining that of the owners. It is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the marsh, close to the city center, SNCF train station, cinema, cultural space and swimming pool. Machecoul-St-Même is a small rural town between Nantes, the Atlantic coast and the Vendée coast, with many possibilities for discoveries.
