The ocean next to the apartment

The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!

Quiet new house, fully fenced. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 bed 140 and 2 mezzanine in 90). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. Covered terrace. Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.

We rent our family home between lakes and ocean. Perfect for couple, couple with children and solo/biker welcome garage for motorbike.Draps and towels provided. There is no cleaning fee we ask to leave the house clean as you found it. Surf lovers windsurfing skysurfing, swimming , biking walk in the forest, canoeing treehouses. Large garden around the house. Very nice accommodation adjoining our main house in a quiet subdivision on the edge of the forest. independent entrance. located 5 km from the ocean and 8 km from the lake. Linens and towels are available on request for an extra charge. Come and recharge your batteries in the Landes and enjoy our beautiful beaches!!!!! Pizzeria, bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy near the accommodation.
