It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4 people. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is in a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. The accommodation is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Spacious and bright cocoon, with air conditioning & terrace.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

The "Casa Cinc" is a charming 2-story village house located in the heart of Laroque des Albères, at the foot of the castle. Perched on the rampart of the old village, it offers breathtaking views of the Albères Mountains from the terrace and every room of the house. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm and 140 cm, a bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilet. The living room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are 10 mins walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
