The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Cottage located in the municipality of LES HERBIERS, in the locality of "La Bedaudière" at no. 5. It is in the countryside and was renovated in June 2019. There's a small pond. The cottage is located on the road to the Grainetière Abbey, about 700 m from the RD 160 (LA ROCHE-SUR-YON-CHOLET). 5 km from the locality, there is Lake Tricherie in MESNARD-LA-BAROTIERE. Le Puy du Fou, located in the municipality of LES ÉPESSES, is 16 km away.
