Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . This cottage is very warm and spacious, in a closed and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. Ilse consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 master bedroom, + 1 extra, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

The 35 m² studio is completely renovated, with exposed vault. Located in the Hamlet of Coustorgues-le-Bas, it is tastefully decorated and will be the ideal starting point for visiting our beautiful region. Hikes, lake visits, (Raviège, Laouzas, Saut de Vezole...) Beautiful gorges of Héric, Colombières will be part of your various activities with the various local markets nearby. This small peaceful oasis is a 10-minute drive from Olargues and Fraïsse-sur-Agoût.

Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.
