5 minutes from the forest, lake and river at Fosse Arthour, 2 bdr cottage for people who love nature and animals on a horse farm Normandy. Open garden, patio and parking spot next to the house. Le Placitre is set in the heart of the regional pottery district where in the 19th century the village of Ger had a pottery industry employing 700 workers. This renovated house sits in an acre and half of land and provides a basis from which you can enjoy the riches of Normandy. There are a number of activities for children in Normandy: theme parks, zoos together with the famous Normandy battlefields, D-Day beaches and museums.

In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. The house features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. There is a light filled kitchen and down the spiral staircase there is a large open plan living and dining room with a log burner. Outside there is a patio surrounded by a large garden, complete with barbecue area, a hot tub and an indoor heated pool . On site parking.

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
