A beautiful renovated warm character home just a few easy minutes walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes, bars, restaurants and Hot salt water pool (1st Oct-31st March). Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). Bus stops close by.

Your private suite is inside the main house and separate, with your own digital lock entrance. Walk to the beach, St Clair esplanade cafes and hot salt water pool. 10 mins by car to the CBD. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.
