Pour vos déplacements professionnels ,nous sommes à seulement 5kms de la zone industrielle du Nord du Lot (ANDROS ,Pierrot Gourmand...) Notre studio est équipé de la fibre.

Studio de 25m2 situé dans un environnement calme et nature. À 2 minutes des commerces et de la ville de St Céré. Au rez de chaussée de la maison des propriétaires avec une entrée indépendante. Le studio comprend une pièce principale avec un accès sur le jardin et la terrasse privative. Il est équipé d’un lit double et d’une kitchenette. Salle de bains indépendante avec douche à l’italienne, et WC séparé. Idéalement placé pour visiter les sites de la région.

Come and spend an pleasant stay in an area that has large tourist sites. Our place is in the pretty city of Saint-Céré and is among other things only 35 minutes from Rocamadour. Guests can enjoy the house which is spacious and has a pleasant garden. Convenience stores are only a 5-minute walk from the house. IMPORTANT: Linens and towels are not provided and you must make the apartment clean before your departure.
