Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.

Ideally located in the Benoît district 80m from the beach and 250m from the port of Pouliguen. Once you get there, you don't need the car anymore. Everything is done on foot. Perfect for a family with 1 or 2 children. The apartment is perfectly equipped (bunk bed, sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi) and has a fenced garden.
