Tranquil and Chic House Close to Museums and Historic Sites

Return from the lively chaos of local bazaars to find a peaceful retreat. Decor is done in layer upon layer of soft ivory tones. Lounge in the mottled shade of a terrace where only the call to prayer from a nearby mosque marks the passage of time. The Riad Nòmada, already mentioned in a historical study by the University of Architecture in Milan, is the result of a meticulous restoration that lasted about a year. Unlike other riads in the medina that have often been rebuilt, here we have preferred to keep the beautiful original structure, and we are sure you will appreciate this noble choice. The riad has two entrances that allow separate access to the suite / douirìa which may be excluded from the rest of the home or be rented separately. For more information please contact me via email. For sunbathing in the moments of relaxation the solarium is equipped with water vaporizer. Unlike other riads in the medina that are often completed in the ground and then reconstructed, we preferred to keep the beautiful original structure that incurs some extra sacrifice in the maintenance but repays us with its charm. We are sure that you will appreciate this choice as well The whole house, the terrace, the patio, the kitchen is all at your disposal. One of the bedrooms can be transformed into a double bed with twin beds and in the suite, in addition to the French bed there is a sommier for a third person. The suite is also equipped with independent hob and fridge from the rest of the house. Upon arrival a person will be present at the medina door to accompany you to the riad, let us know in advance the type of your luggage so you can possibly book a chariot that will carry you home. On request you can be greeted directly at the airport. In the riad you will find a handset with a Moroccan card on which we have stored the numbers of people trusted to contact if needed, as well as booking numbers of restaurants that we like and hammam. The house is in the central Mouassine district of the Medina, close to the main square of Jemaa el-Fnaa and Place des Épices. The area is full of artisan shops, great restaurants, hammams, and historic sites such as the mosque, fountain, and museum. Walk across the medina and from the square (which is 5 minutes away) with taxis, buses that take the city's panoramic tour with the help of the earphones and the romantic horseback riding. Harmonizing energies in distribution and decoration, enhancing light,views and comfort has been our utmost priority. Feel it. The enclave is unique, the direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool.
