Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. The Stone House

A bright and beautiful stone house made of local stone with 9 artistic arches and a bathroom built of mud and earth, The house is located in an off grid vilage- Kadita - it is an ecological residence. The electricity in the stone house is produced by a solar system. In addition, there is a water recycle sistem directed to the trees in the orchard. We offer users to throw their food scraps into the compost bucket, which we recycle to produce fertile compost soil.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
