This is a cozy hidden gem apartment in a quiet area but still centrally located to Oslo's trendy arts and fashion district, called Grünerløkka. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful parks, independent art galleries, cosy cafés, trendy restaurants, cool bars and beautiful greenery. This apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family who would like to experience Oslo from a locals point of view :) We can accommodate in total of 4 guests as there is a sleeping sofa we can use as well.

If you want a nice, clean place to stay with a magnificent view, this is the place for you. My flat has a commanding view of the entire city, while being in a charming neighbourhood where you can sleep without worrying about unwanted noise. In the summer, the sun shines on the terrace all day, with a sunset around nine in the evening. The flat has a car park in the basement, with an elevator that takes you down. If you don't have a car, buses to the city centre leave approx. every 5 minutes

I rent out my central and nice apartment when I'm traveling myself. The apartment is located in the middle of Alexander Kiellands plass and popular Sagene. The apartment is centrally located with walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, parks, bars and restaurants. There is also a good bus connection and only 1 minute to the bus stop. Free guest parking for the first 72 hours (subject to space available)!The parking space applies to the entire housing association, but is very rarely full.

Det er kort vei til Operaen/Oslo S med trikk (ca.18 min), men også bydeler som Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen og Majorstua ligger i nærheten. Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.
