Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

Its particular location allows you to admire the sea and the mountains, ideal for your holidays, just 13 minutes by car from the beach of Santa Caterina S'Archittu, Is Arenas, Putzu Idu, Mariermi, Porto Alabe, Bosa Marina and many other beaches. During the stay: tourist tax of 1.00 euro per day per person for a maximum of 7 days. If you use the air conditioner day and night, you pay 3 euros per day for electricity.

At 190 meters above sea level, between sea and mountain, the place invites meditation and contemplation... It allows you to enjoy a superb end of the day and sumptuous sunsets over the sea. This part of Sardinia has remained very authentic and wild with little tourist development.
