Our favourite: Exclusivity and relaxation in the centre of Gandia. The perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway. 40 m² penthouse apartment on the second floor of the building with a 15 m² private terrace with a sun deck, hammocks and an indoor hot tub. It has a living room-kitchen area with access to a small balcony and a high bar, a bedroom area with a queen-size bed (150x190), and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Without a doubt, L'Penthouse is our Star Apartment, ¡with terrace-solarium and private jacuzzi! Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a stay set in the Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Lounge area with sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation. Kitchen area, fully equipped, with kitchenware for 2 people, high bar and stools, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has access to small balcony that has a table and outdoor chair. Bedroom area, with a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed (150x190), from which you can access the en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. An internal staircase leads to the rooftop, a private terrace with a sunbathing area featuring two loungers, an outdoor shower, a table and chairs, and a covered, enclosed area with a private hot tub. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our apartment-tico you have to walk up to the second floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.
