A one bedroom (1 regular bed and a sofa bed), kitchen, living room, and large bathroom for either short term or long term. The place is just a few steps up from the ground on the 1st floor and has a little balcony/terrace with table and chairs to relax and catch the nice breeze and the view of the neighborhood. There is parking on the street or in the back of property. Please read our house rules before booking.(Note: THIS PLACE ISN'T SUITABLE FOR LOUD PEOPLE THAT LIKE TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT!)

Air mattress if needed for extra guests. Large contained back yard good for dogs. Ten min. to State Capital, CSUS, and five min. to UC Davis Medical Center.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our driveway fits 4 cars. Enter through a front iron gate. There is a washer/dryer in the foyer along with a bathroom to your right. As you continue, the dining room and kitchen are on your left. The living room is forward with a lovely fireplace and seating for all. Three bedrooms are to your right; a full size double bunk bed, a queen bed, a king in the master with its own full bathroom. There is outdoor seating.

Downtown Oasis Escape at Southside Park - 2BR

Our Downtown Oasis Escape faces Midtown Sacramento's largest park and is pet friendly. We are walking/biking distance from DoCo, the Capitol and Old Sacramento. Free Parking in our driveway in front of the fence for up to 2 Vehicles. Please ensure you do not block the sidewalk or you may be ticketed. An option to park more inside the gate is available upon request. *Please do not park in the lot in the alley, it is reserved and you will likely be towed.

Star Gaze Farm Stay RV Trailer Site w/ Power & H20

This RV Campsite DOES NOT INCLUDE a TRAILER, you must bring your own. The campsite fits a trailer or RV up to 45 feet. It has power, 30 amp and water. You must be self contained. The campsite is on our property and surrounded by almond trees and crops. As guests you’ll have additional access to the pool. Laundry is available by appointment.
