The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Welcome! Together with my husband, I rent out our newly renovated apartment with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn in Zermatt. My husband grew up in Zermatt and knows the region very well. Our apartment is located in a very central location, in a very quiet and sunny residential area of Zermatt. Everything is within walking distance: nearest ski station (Sunnegga) and grocery store 5 min.; ski rental and bus station 1 min.; Railway station, Gornergrat railway and shopping district 8 min.

Trudi’s Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop- off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi’s Terrace has three cosy, comfortable, and stylish bedrooms. We have 2 modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of our apartment. It’s where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note Zermatt is in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately the view has been temporarily altered with the erection of a crane.

Alpine tranquility in newly renovated, typically Swiss, chalet at 1'850m! Unwind in blissful quiet and endless views in this forest edge hideaway. Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.
