My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. Pilgrims on the Jakobsweg [St. James Way] or relaxing in our beautiful outdoor area with pool is also possible. Our apartment has a kitchen for self-catering, a nice bathroom and a spacious living room, as well as 2 balconies with views. There is also a pool with an outdoor shower and a spacious outdoor kitchen.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. You will be staying in a real log cabin made of Nordic spruce that leaves nothing to be desired. In the immediate vicinity of the lake without direct neighbors on a hill in the forest, you will find peace and relaxation for the next day. Over 60 km of cycling and hiking trails invite you to discover them. A small brewery on the property invites you to tarte flambée and five of its own beers.

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

Villa St. Nikolaus is an approximately 150 square metre terrace flat with private sauna, park and own entrance in the border triangle of France, Luxembourg and Germany. It is located on the ground floor of our two-storey villa. Individual luxury and absolute tranquillity offer relaxation during wonderful hikes and cycle tours. Numerous cultural and culinary delights await you in the region, France is just a stone's throw away.
