Freshly and high-quality renovated with heart. Oak tables and parquet flooring. Spacious, fully equipped carpenter's kitchen open to the living room. Large living room with pull-out sofa bed and closet bed. Beautiful bedroom with double bed (made of 2 single beds 90x200) and cozy sitting niche.

The studio has a kitchen, living room and queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Hoover, iron and ironing board are also in the flat. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat has a balcony with a view of the Saar loop and the Hochwald. The balcony is furnished with sun loungers, chairs with cushions, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.
