A kebab snack bar 50 meters away. 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Creutzwald or Saint-Avold.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Villa St. Nikolaus is an approximately 150 square metre terrace flat with private sauna, park and own entrance in the border triangle of France, Luxembourg and Germany. It is located on the ground floor of our two-storey villa. Individual luxury and absolute tranquillity offer relaxation during wonderful hikes and cycle tours. Numerous cultural and culinary delights await you in the region, France is just a stone's throw away.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
