Bedroom very quiet to the garden side. The apartment is located in an upscale residential area close to the university, in the immediate vicinity of the HTW. Buses to the university and downtown 100 meters in front of the house, shopping market and bakery in the immediate vicinity within walking distance.

Full accommodation. Fully equipped, bright and comfortable, with separate bedroom. The apartment is a duplex. On the ground floor you will find the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Kitchen, living room and dining room are upstairs. Sleeps a couple + 1 child. Located in the center of the village, with the bakery 50 meters away, and an organic grocery store 100 meters away. A kebab snack bar 50 meters away. 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Creutzwald or Saint-Avold.
