My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Luxury Alpine Chalet (230 m²) in Mühlbach for 10 people with fantastic views! 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and cooking island. MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11 kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Our largest flat E1 has an area of approx. 125 m² and offers space for 6 to 9 people on two floors (the price depends on the number of people). The entrance is on the ground floor next to our large sun terrace. In just a few steps you can reach the ski circus in winter and the largest biking region in Austria in summer.
