Sperring Blick adventure with private sauna

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender, 2 TVs. With sauna, garden, terrace.... The reservoir is 3 minutes away by car. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). Guest house, Bongos Pizza and village shop are a 5-minute walk.

Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Top modern, new and Contemporary Villa with 13 m Pool (heated at a surcharge in winter), Sauna and all amenities, beautiful location and the very best views over lake attersee, the salzkammergut and the close mountain range of Höllengebirge and the Dachstein glacier. Very close (35 min) to Salzburg city and Hallstatt (40 min), whole Salzkammergut like Sankt wolfgang/Wolfgangsee (30 min) or bad ischl (30 min) or mondsee (15 min). Very calm and far away from everything if you need tranquility.

Beautifully furnished, large and equipped with your comfort in mind and all of the facilities and mod-cons you would expect, the apartment offers everything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay in Slovenia. It's away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It's a perfect place to stay while you're visiting Lake Bled, Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps!
