This rustic apartment is centrally located in Hinterglemm and immediately conveys a typical Austrian cottage vacation feeling. The apartment is ideal for families and can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 people incl. pull-out sofa and a lot of closeness). On the cozy 60 square meters, there are all amenities up to a hot tub, bathtub and infrared cabin. The most popular ski lifts (12-seater Express, Reiterkogel) are only a 5-minute walk away - on the way back you swing off right in front of the house.

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Being busy travellers ourselves, we aimed to create a space that welcomes and makes you feel at ease once you have arrived at your vacation home. We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Cozy Mountain Home "Tilli"

The Apartment Tilli is part of the BergHoch3 Apartments (berghoch3.at), which invite you to relax as much as to experience the Salzburg mountains in winter and summer. The house is in a sunny and quiet location at the entrance to Leogang. In the immediate vicinity: Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, BikePark Leogang. Located directly on bike and hiking trails, in winter the direct access to the cross-country trails in the region.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
