Cheap and cheerful Thai food. Actually it's not at all cheerful- it's cheap, it's good, but it's also notorious for having rude staff . HOWEVER, worth it because you can bring your own alcohol.

The Imperial War Museum has a bunch of interesting exhibits, lots of tanks and planes and missiles etc but tastefully done, focuses on the realities of war and doesn't glorify it.
