What a great experience we had! Very beautiful home and Alan is a top notch super hoyy Yu. We are on the road over 200 days a year so our accommodations are very important to us and we felt as we were at home! I need to rebook with the Alan ASAP!

This home and property is beautiful! We had a comfortable stay and no complaints! We really enjoyed the serene quiet setting of the land and just wish it didn't happen to be so snowy while we were there so we could have enjoyed walking by the stream a bit more. The homeowners were quick to reply to any questions and were helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. And while we didn't end up using the barn, it's a great space for a small gathering. I could see having a small wedding or birthday party here. We'll be back again, I'm sure.

Sparkling clean, stylish touches, Keurig coffee in the morning! There is a full kitchen if you want to use it, and the heaters were nice for keeping warm on a February night. Location is perfect for exploring Woodinville's wineries.

This is a great place to stay while visiting the various tasting rooms in Woodinville. It’s an $8 Lyft away from all the action. This tiny house has been thoughtfully built to make it feel like a much larger space. I could easily stay with a couple friends (as long as we don’t have giant suitcases.) Nice sized kitchen appliances, so bring your snacks! Thanks for a great stay, Cassie!!!

Only have great things to say about this tiny home! My boyfriend and I loved it for our quick, short wine-tasting weekend. We had so much fun making dinner and drinking wine in the tiny home. First time in a tiny house and it was a lovely experience. The space was stylish and modern. Location was quiet which I loved. Wish I was here during a warmer time to enjoy the bench swing and read outside. Tiara was quick to respond during communication. The kitchen and amenities were great for light cooking. My only feedback is I would have liked short curtains for the glass front door. The house is behind a parking area and a fence, but the curtains for extra privacy would be nice.

This space was so clean, stylish and cozy. I would definitely recommend, and will book in the future. I was impressed with the compost toilet. I wasnt sure what to expect, but now I will probably buy one. Overall, great experience.

Constance’s apartment is a wonderful homebase for exploring Woodinville. It’s cozy, super clean, and very spacious. The bathroom is huge and we were even able to put a crib in there. 10/10!

What an amazing spot located just up the hill from Woodinville’s wine country! We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed this beautiful, cozy and private space. The Carriage House has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing getaway, including a comfortable bed, a kitchenette stocked with dishes, and a huge couch to sink into and read a book. Can’t wait to come back in the future for a longer stay!

A beautiful, quiet spot right in the middle of Woodinville wineries. We were within five minutes of The Herbfarm, where we had reservations and plenty of other great restuarants. Of course, dozens of wineries and tasing rooms were equally close by. This was also our kickoff to a cross country road trip, so really appreciated the comfy bed and quality amenities. Smit ensured we had relaxing night before a long adventure. Next time we're anywhere near Seattle, we'll be back!

We were in town for just a quick overnight visit to pick up our wine at a release party and visit our daughter. The Carriage House was perfect! Literally 5 minutes or less from all the wineries and tasting rooms, the location is fantastic for wine tasting get-aways. The cottage is just the right size for a romantic weekend and while close to wine and restaurants, is in a pretty, wooded neighborhood on the hill above town. The bed is super comfortable and the bed linens are good quality. The couch is large and comfy - my daughter hung out with us for the evening and we didn't feel at all overcrowded. The property is gated and fully fenced, so I was able to let me dog meander the field adjacent to the cottage off-leash. The resident dog is sweet and super friendly and loves to visit with the guests. They have chickens on the little farm and the owners had left fresh eggs from their chickens in the cottage's little fridge! Love! The owners, Smit and Trae, live next to the cottage and are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I'm sure we will be back!

This was a very last minute book at the end of our vacation as we just weren't ready to go home yet, and we are SO glad we found Lynda's place!! It was exactly the right size for 2 adults and our 2 teenagers (13 and 14) the camper had everything we needed, including a super detailed binder with a very helpful guide to the surrounding area. We thought the only thing missing was a hand towel....but we just hadn't checked ALL the cupboard. The kids wanted to have a fire, when I messaged Lynda about it she appeared at the door not 5 minutes later to give me a hand with the awning and gave us some extra chairs. Thank you so much for a great experience Lynda.

Me and my girlfriends had a great girls night after Black Friday! We put our feet up, watched movies, and played with the board games that were provided!

We had a wonderful, memorable stay in the RV. Lynda is incredibly communicative and accommodating, and the RV was very cozy and clean. I’d for sure book again for my next stay in Woodinville.

Very clean. A great stay!

I rented the house for Thanksgiving and had family and friends to dinner. The space is amazing and the kitchen was huge. I loved cooking along with my son and his fiancée and not tripping other each other. The oven was a learning curve but the host was totally available to help me figure it out. Plenty of refrigerator space and a pantry to store stuff out of the way. I also like that there was a bar area - it kept guests out of the kitchen. We made use of the hot tub in the early mornings and before bed. Very relaxing. Also, they ask that guests remove shoes, but for a few of my elderly guests, this was hard. Also hard for me as I’ve been recovering from foot surgery and really should never not have a shoe on (unless asleep of course). Floors were chilly so I would have packed slippers. Loved the master shower and tub. Would love to see an updated shower curtain. Also saw some deer in the early morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the visit was very peaceful and relaxing. Very close to downtown Woodenville which was convenient

Rick & Eileen are extremely hospitable and kind. The cabin is very cute and comfortable. The space heater inside was plenty to keep me toasty at night. The scenery around their home is exceptional and beautiful & gives the illusion of being out in the forest without losing the comfort of being home. We really enjoyed our stay and loved meeting Eileen. It was a perfect place for my first visit to Washington.

It is a great place!! Cozy and comfortable, very woodies and a nice place to take a walk, great little breakfast place down the road called Maltby Cafe....great breakfast. Let’s talk about how wonderful Rick and Eileen are as host. From the time we arrived they were welcoming and kind. This is a must!

This was a beautiful weekend getaway. The home is beautiful and every piece within it seems to have a thoughtful touch. Even the placement of cutlery in the kitchen cabinets had a pattern. The hot tub and the big yard are beautiful additions.

Laura and her husband were very hospitable helping me feel welcome at their place. They have a beautiful home and even a small hiking trail behind their house. Laura was always able to be reached for questions and the place had much more amenities than I even needed. I would definitely try to book with them again if work brings me back there once more.

This is a lovely gem in a busy area outside of Seattle. The fruit trees were plentiful the days that I was here (and Yummy). Large enclosed property with space to take a stroll, watch the birds on the patio etc. The inside is huge with lots of space in each room and a full kitchen. I had a lovely time here and enjoyed visiting with the other guest and the family hosting.

Laura's place is the best for relaxing!!! I loved how quiet and clean not only the room was but also bathroom, kitchen, and all common areas. The airbnb guests get the whole lower level to themselves with their own entrance which is super nice! The other guest that was there was incredibly considerate :) Laura and Kevin are soooo friendly and accommodating. The coffee and amenities in the bathroom are above and beyond and I thank Laura for a fantastic stay:) oh and the WiFi is awesome too hehe

She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Nice stay for the week in Seattle. Laura's home is clean and has everything you need (kitchen, living area, nice porch). It is in a quite area in the country but close enough to Woodinville, Bothell, Everett, Bellevue, etc. It was a nice to enjoy the outdoors on the porch.

Would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing to escape the stress of city life. The overall environment was very peaceful and relaxing, we definitely want to come back. Thank you!

A serene place to stay!

Very clean and organized place! Me and my girlfriend went out of town for her birthday weekend and it was a perfect getaway. House was a 10/10 along with outdoors. Would love to stay again !

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a sweet little get away at Todd’s place. It was a perfect drive to Snowqualmie mountain and a little over two hour drive to Crystal mountain We absolutely loved the outdoors and went on a few walks around the property. This place had the perfect privacy by a nice lake in the back. Will definitely be booking again!

The Zen Lakes Lookout and Waterfront are both love letters to Frank Lloyd Wright. The structure itself was built with form in mind. Just try to find an angle to look at the structure where it doesn’t take your breath away. The property itself has been described as an ecological masterpiece and I absolutely have to agree. I haven’t found a better Airbnb experience for the money in all of Washington State. Will be returning.

If you’re looking for a place that takes you back to Grandma’s rustic cabin, this may be it for you. It’s quiet, yet not too far away from many other places. From books, games & cool albums, fridge, microwave, lots of dishes, & some coffee & tea supplies as well as first aid kit. Loads of fun to be had here on or off the water. Heat works great, (there’s AC, but we didn’t need to use it) Skylights were a nice touch. We’ll be back!

Kristian is always a great host. This is our third time renting one of his homes. He made our stay comfortable by providing tips about the area and fresh eggs from his chickens. The house is perfect for a small family and has everything you need to enjoy the lake life for a while. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has a required gadgets to make meals. Sitting on the deck after swimming in the lake and watching the sunset is magical. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommend!

All of the little things that they do to make your stay pleasant are really appreciated. Highly recommend for 1 or 2 guests.

It was a great place to crash after Teatro ZinZanni! I loved. The space was very thoughtfully set up. They provided all sorts of charging cables, and the bedside lamps had usb ports. There was snacks and coffee, a toaster. Everything clearly laid out and easy to find. We parked right up next to the private entry, which was nice because it was a rainy night! I loved the sky lights and windows that looked out at beautiful mossy trees. Ooh! I can’t forget the sauna, that was an extra special treat! I was intimidated at first, but the instructions were very clear on how to use it. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very cute room, great for a couple or family of 3. Temo and Brice provided lots of nice touches-complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee pods. They also switched out the down comforter with a down alternative for our son’s allergies. The bed was really comfortable. This was a great location for us to access Redmond, Kirkland, and Seattle!

I really enjoyed my time here. Minutes from wine country in Woodinville, nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, it was a peaceful haven. There was plenty of room and I appreciated the hypo-allergenically washed sheets. The skylights add lots of light even on dark, cloudy days, and it was nice to have a selection of movies to watch. There’s a separate drive/parking place and a private entrance. Although I didn’t meet the hosts in person, they were very considerate and responsive to messages. The sauna looks really nice, though I didn’t get around to trying it, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. They also provided some drinks and snacks. All around, this is a great place to stay!

Justin was super flexible and saved our night. I booked the wrong night on accident and at 8pm at night Justin scrambled to help us out and get the place ready for us even though it was my fault. Justin is awesome and so is his tiny house.

Justin and his wife are generous, friendly, accommodating and responsive! Just about the perfect hosts! As for the tiny, it’s cute, comfy, warm and fun! Dog friendly which was a plus. There’s also a great dog park down the road on 240th that we used every day! Will plan to return when I’m next in the area!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a perfect location for us, as our daughter was getting married at Woodinville Lavender. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The hot water tank was not working when we arrived late in the evening. I contacted the caretaker early the next morning, and he was there right away. He had the tank replaced and we had hot water well before noon. The house was comfortable, including beds and pillows. My family enjoyed the hot tub, heated outdoor sitting area, and outdoor fireplace very much. We would definitely recommend this home for up to 8 adults.

We went to Woodinville for a girls getaway in wine country. The home was more than we even expected. We loved the outdoor living spaces, proximity to the wine country and the spacious home. So glad we chose this home to getaway to. It was a true retreat.

This was the perfect venue for a relaxing family trip to Woodinville! Only 7 minutes away from the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, and only 8 minutes away from every supermarket/restaurant/store you may need. The house was beautiful and full of fun amenities. The game room has an extensive dvd and game library to be used with their projector, and the garage has a ping pong table! The outdoor couch/fireplace area has heat lamps so you can use it even on a chilly Seattle day. I would highly recommend this place!

Very cozy stay nestled in a magically serene location. While the setting was the main attraction, we also found the eclectic library of books and music quite pleasing to explore. John’s recommendations and hospitality were spot on and their dog is quite the sweetheart! Recommended.

This was the perfect staycay for a first anniversary. The location is about 10 min from all of the best tasting rooms and we Uber'd to and from everything. The cottage is cute and quaint and the hot tub was the icing on top of the cake! Oh-and John is just an absolute peach and very accommodating. :)

John's place in Woodinville is absolutely incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake, kayaks, hot tub, a kind and thoughtful host. Will definitely come back on our next trip to the area.

The photos don't do it justice. There's so much love put into the property and the view is gorgeous. The hosts are kind, available, and give you privacy. We particularly enjoyed jumping in the lake and the hot tub.

Our stay at John and Beth's was much better than we could have imagined! The space was super clean and cozy, and the couple's hospitality was unparalleled. Though the views look lovely in the summer time images John has posted, the frozen lake in the winter time was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was much better than we could have expected. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend this place! This adorable and feature filled space is the perfect quiet getaway just minutes away from downtown Woodinville. I stayed for roughly two months and it felt like a home away from home. Michael was super responsive when needed, and respectful of my particular need for solace during a difficult transition period in my life. Excellent accommodations for those needing to decompress in peace and quiet.

We loved this space. It was cozy and exceptionally clean. It was quiet and relaxing as well. Michael made great recommendations as far as restaurants and wineries and was easy to communicate with. The check in process was easy as well. We didn’t get to use the back yard because of the time of year but it looked like it would be amazing on a sunny day.

Michael was great. He responded quickly with short notice, and even offered to have me come early if I wanted b/c there wasn’t a guest staying the night before. Place was clean and the best part of all, the heated floors in the bathroom were on prior to arrival for getting ready.

Mohit has a lovely downstairs apartment space, which has been renovated with wood walls in such a way that it feels like a cozy cabin. Lots of space, very comfortable beds, very quiet. A perfect stay for us as my son visited DigiPen. Excellent value! Thank you!

This is an excellent Airbnb! Kind hosts, very comfortable, spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. Moreover, located in very nice and calm neighbourhood situated within walking distance from Down Town Redmond, which offers an array of shops and excellent restaurants and great public transport to Bellevue and Seattle via bus. Will definitely stay again when in Redmond 👍

Mohit's place is beautiful. It is not far from the city a 30min drive.. with gorgeous views. Its by far the best stay we stayed. The space is super clean, it was always nice to come back after a long day, place was kept warm and clean. The host was super nice and helpful. We felt welcome and as if was home. Thank you so much!

This cozy cottage in the woods was a perfect place for our stay while visiting extended family in Woodinville during the holidays (and exploring some of the fabulous features of the Seattle area). The cottage was immaculate, warm and comfy, and had all the basic amenities (including a washer/dryer combo, so we only had to pack a carry-on!). The host , Lynne, was exceptional in anticipating our potential needs, and she even provided her cell # in case we had any questions or problems during our week-long stay. We didn't lack for any amenities, and she even provided coffee, tea, and some healthy snacks for us in the fridge. Very thoughtful. We will definitely want to return

For a “tiny house”, this space feels remarkably un-cramped. And while it’s quiet and surrounded by trees, it’s within walking distance of quite a few shops.

Staying at the cottage was great. It was in a super pretty area, it was clean and had everything we needed. Lynne was also very nice. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Fantastic space!

This is a fabulous home, very comfortable, with a great kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. the house is very new, so the baths are very modern and well equipped. We loved the location, very quiet and peaceful, but a short drive into Woodinville.

The property is amazing, brand new, everything is very clean, even better than a hotel. We had such a wonderful time there!

Perfect place to relax and have a good time! We'll be back :)

Undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed. The facilities can’t be beat, and Devi went above and beyond to be sure our stay went smooth.

The parklike setting is spectacular. This new house is designed perfectly...with extremely quite bedrooms upstairs and wonderful great room/kitchen/dining area downstairs. The outdoor barbque space is wonderful...with heat lamp, barbque and couches... The hosts are wonderful and very responsive...

Charles was the most excellent host. We enjoyed meeting him and his lovely family. He is very thoughtful and kind. The property is quite unique and something truly out of a gothic novel. A beautifully designed home influenced by the Golden Ratio. Seriously, where would you ever find such a home… It was spotless and everything we had hoped it to be. The bed was a comfortable as a cloud. My daughter LOVED the hobbit room and slept in there peacefully every night. The kitchen was stocked with everything your heart could imagine from healthy to fun food and drinks. There was so many wonderful treats in the refrigerator and pantry. The best well stocked kitchen I have experienced at an Airbnb! The natural light and stillness of the property is a place of relaxation and restoration. I highly recommend this as a place to just be you. Thank you Charles for a wonderful stay! We look forward to returning in the future!

Charles was so great, very accommodating, understanding, and attentive. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now. This is THE place to stay if you have dogs :)

Charles and his dogs gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was well-stocked with tea and coffee and some snacks in the fridge. I think our four year old son would have really enjoyed exploring all of the nooks and crannies and hidey-holes if he'd been with us. He would have especially loved the small door in the bathroom leading to "the hobbit room"/second bedroom!

The mother-in-law apartment at the castle was a lovely stay for a quick holiday weekend in Woodinville! The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. It is well-stocked with snacks, which is a really nice touch. There is a hot plate and a microwave for cooking. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to many of the popular wineries in the area. Charles is a very attentive host, and we really enjoyed our stay at the castle.

Charles is a great host. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. And great about letting our 2 cats stay with us!

Stephanie provided us with a great campsite, and even allowed us to change the location of our tents to a spot that worked a bit better for us! We were kept up to date on any issues or changes that were a possibility, and questions were answered super quickly!

It was a great, peaceful little camping spot for the weekend. Would definitely recommend

We really liked Stephanie's property and enjoyed our 2 night stay here! Stephanie was a very friendly host and we loved meeting her dogs and cats! It was less than a 10 min drive to Duvall where we enjoyed a yummy milkshake at an ice creamery and walked along the Snoqualmie River - next time we would bring a tube or raft to float and play in the river on a hot day. My husband and I had a great stay at Stephanie's place while on a cross country road trip. We stayed for 3 nights and it served as a wonderful hub to head to Seattle. While we were camping, we loved the kitchen and bathroom area. We had more amenities then we would have at a normal campsite. And, the reviews are all true, Stephanie is SUPER kind and helpful.

This is a great place if you feel you want to get off the grid - remote, hidden away. I got a little lost in finding the site, but she got on the phone and talked me through. Stephanie's a really nice lady and I got the impression she really wanted the guests to enjoy the beauty of her space. And it really is lovely.

Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING!! We were having issues with the GPS on our phones for most of the weekend, so we had quite a bit of trouble getting in the right direction. We called her for help, and she told us the right way to go; she even called us back a few minutes later to check in on us to make sure we were still on the right track! Her property is gorgeous - the perfect place to take a break and reset from all the craziness that life brings. Thanks for sharing you piece of paradise!

It was so fun staying at Stephanie place. Relaxing under the tall trees and grilling at night around the fire pit if I don't want to cook in the kitchen. Can't ask for a better experience

Good tent spots in a beautiful area-big trees and ferns. We stayed here and went into Seattle during the day. Stephanie was great, we felt right at home. A great and affordable place to stay while exploring the area!

Nice woodsy place just minutes from downtown Woodinville! Very warm and cozy, with plenty of space for guests. Loved the wood-burning fireplace (don’t forget your bundle of firewood and to double-check the flue prior to starting)! Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay again sometime. Wonderful experience

I stayed for a whole summer with Melanie. I had a great time. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Melanie's home is beautiful and she takes extra care to keep it clean and tidy. She is a very sweet host.

This was by far one of my best Air BnB experiences. Great, clean home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Melanie definitely lives up to her super host status.

You end up being part of the family! Melanie is amazing! She is the sweetest kindest most gracious host and I can say that staying with her has been absolutely fabulous. The room was perfect and the shared spaces were clean and tidy. Melanie truest makes you feel at home there!

Within 5 minutes of arriving I felt like Melanie and I were old friends. Loved every minute of my stay. Melanie and Chessa are superb! They are the most gracious and accommodating hosts. I truely felt like I was a valued member of the household from day 1. Snuggles and Techie let me love on them like they were my own kitties. The house is warm and welcoming and I felt like I was right at home. Melanie made sure that any question or concern (which there were none) was addressed and answered before I could even think of them! I look forward to staying with them anytime I come to Woodinville!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Me and my boyfriend did a couples photography during our stay at Tiny house and they turned out amazing. It’s a cute, tiny and cozy place and I would highly recommend it for a couples getaway.

This was probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Very clean and many small thoughtful/homey touches. Loved the sauna, how quiet/peaceful it was, and how lovely of a stay it was overall. Katie and Jim were friendly and accommodating to my individual needs, which I appreciate so much. The dahlias were gorgeous, and so were their dogs, Eddie and Shadow—such kind and gentle spirits. I would be happy stay again in the future. EMF sensitive people might note: there was no detectable wifi signal (hooray!). Cell signal is sufficient to do whatever you might need to, incl. streaming video, for example.

You won’t regret booking some time at this tiny house in duvall. Jim and Katie are as friendly as they come, and the property and tiny house are just perfect. The town has all kinds of cute/delicious restaurants and stores, and good access to Woodinville wine tasting as well. Highly recommend!

Cute tiny house!

It was our first experience in a tiny home while visiting our grandson nearby. Jim & Katie gave us an experience that is hard to beat. The tiny house is simply beautiful, extremely well designed, comfortable, very clean, and having all the gorgeous flowers in bloom out our windows was an added bonus. Jim & Katie provided every detail required including quick responses. We hope to repeat our visit many times. Jane & Rick

A beautiful tiny home located on a beautiful farm! It was a lovely experience!

Katie was a fabulous host to a lovely home! Our meet-n-greet was brief, but she welcomed us warmly, sharing with us information about their farm and giving us tips on the local eats to experience. The THOW exceeded our expectations. The use of natural wood in the interior, the abundant amount of windows letting light and the rural-like aesthetic of the design really helped "open up" the space and gave it a homey sentiment. (We didn't want to leave.) The bed was cozy and the skylights made for some spectacular nighttime views. All-in-all, Dimitra and I were in love with the space and had a great experience. A must-see for anyone considering going "tiny" in the future, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat .
