I am creating an airbnb account for my two lovely parents, who are empty nesters for the first time in thirty-two years. We, myself and my five siblings, were blessed to be raised in the quaint city of Batavia, IL, which boasts river paths, close proximity to a train station that will take you into Chicago, and historic neighborhoods such as our own. Our property consists of two homes, our own and a coach house, which we would love for you to stay in! Both are situated on a family-friendly old-fashioned alley with mature maple trees. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.

Nice private ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. Fox River and the river bike trail are only 3 minutes away, Rush Copley Medical Center, lots of shopping and dining options within minutes, Phillips park zoo, and water park very close, major roadways to Chicago. 10 min, from downtown Aurora where you can find the Hollywood Casino, Paramount theatre, many shopping stores and you can enjoy a walk along the Fox river, Fox valley mall and the Chicago premium outlets mall are only 20min away.

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the world! We are located just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles & the gorgeous Fox River and about an hour's drive/train ride to downtown Chicago. You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad. Very large entire basement w/3 separate areas. Great for friends traveling together! Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible.
