Great space in Waltham. Space heaters in bedroom keep it nice and cozy, even when below freezing outside. Great hosts.

An excellent place to stay if you’re in Waltham doing business. It reminded me of my first apartment. It’s a basement apartment, so somethings come along with that… There are a couple of low ceilings, that didn’t bother me but anyone closer to 6 feet would need to remember to duck in one or two places. It was New England in November, so I was grateful to have space heaters and air purifiers at my disposal. They are in each bedroom. And, as I said it’s a basement apartment. Not a room, but a full-size apartment. Being in the basement often means the plumbing runs a little slow, but that’s well worth it for having the full-size refrigerator, several options for making coffee, and preparing food. Also… Private entryway and a big driveway where you can park. I’ll be back!

Exactly as pictured. Nice little basement stay with amenities that make it even more homey. Kety was wonderful and was willing to offer up answers to any questions we had.

Margies place was wonderful! We were in the Boston area for a convention and booked very last minute, but regardless our stay was wonderful and if I look forward to hopefully staying at Margies place again next time we’re up here. The spot was very easy to find, very clean and quiet and she even provided us with granola bars, coffee, etc etc! This is the perfect spot for a couple or single traveler looking to be near Boston. Great place to stay if you’re in the Waltham area. Highly recommended!

GPS took me right to the front door, very easy to find. The apartment was very clean, and well put together. Bedding was very comfortable, and linens were perfectly clean with extra towels. Margie was very friendly and prompt with all communication. This would be a perfect place to stay for one person or a couple for a few days. I was in class all day and ate out in the evening, using the apartment to type up notes, sleep and shower. It was perfect for that. When I’m back in the area, I hope Margie’s place is unbooked for me to stay again!

The good reviews are what led me to Jin and his wife's home. It was convenient to Bentley where I work. I was leery of sharing a bathroom but the other guests were fairly neat. I appreciated staying here!

I needed a last minute place to sleep for a 6 am flight out of Logan and this was perfect. Jin’s house was clean, cozy, and quiet. The location was perfect, took about 25 minutes to get to the airport.

Yuka and her husband were very accommodating. The room was very clean and tidy, and the hosts were very respectful. I enjoyed my stay here!

One of the best places I have stayed really nice set up beds were amazing 2 really nice bathrooms. Super comfortable living room with real cable TV. Kitchen Beautifully equipped. I booked for the weekend when I first arrived and walked the unit I went back into the app to book again Highly recommend staying here.

This was a beautiful new construction apartment and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Parking was very easy as well as getting in and out of the building. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Condo has everything thing you need. There are very nice pots/pans, plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Kuerig with a good supply of coffee pods. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and linens. Easy access to route 95 and surrounding towns, commuter train to Boston is right outside the door. Moody street has fantastic restaurants. Guatemalan bakery across the street is great for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

This Airbnb was sparkling clean! It’s a well designed space and had all the comforts I was looking for while being in Boston for a week! I definitely recommend staying with Elisa and Ricardo, they are very nice and they recommended great food nearby.

Ricardo and Elisa are very gracious hosts and the apartment has all the modern amenities and a a short walk to Hannafords. I have now stayed with them multiple times and it's been perfect each time. I hope they can accommodate me the next time!

I loved the quiet room and private bath with the amazing shower! Elisa and Ricardo are excellent hosts. The room was perfectly clean and the small chocolates were a very nice touch. I don't get to Boston much but when I do, I look for their listings first.

Second time with Ricardo and Elisa and enjoyed it even more. Top notch Airbnb experience and stay. Despite having at least one other guest on my floor I never ran into them and even enjoyed my breakfast on at the island. The host are very interested in making your stay pleasant and I will return again and again when in town.

First impression is very very clean. Landlord are very nice couple. Location is close to main street and supermarket. Also it’s close to Brandeis. It’s very quiet at night. I had very good sleep there. It’s my first experience at Airbnb. I like it and will choose their apartment again in future.

Would highly recommend this place if you're in need to be in Waltham. The host was very nice and generous and responded in a timely manner. The room was very clean and comfortable to the eyes. Many places are within a 2 minute walk if you need food or need to get something from the pharmacy. If I need to go back to Waltham, hopefully their rooms will be available when I go again.

Elisa and Ricardo's place in Waltham was amazing. The pictures and descriptions are spot on, in fact my expectations were exceeded. The entire house was super clean and the room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend their house for any stay in or near Waltham. They were super responsive to all questions.

This is my first time using Airbnb. The room is very clean and the sofa is very comfortable, but my favorite is the host ’s cat, which is very, very cute. Although I did not see the host, it is not difficult to see that I am a good person during the communication process, I'll be back again!

Wonderful place. Spotless and perfectly maintained. Looks like it was renovated last week even though apparently it was several years ago! Hosts are super friendly and incredibly fast to respond to any message.

Stayed for ~one month before i move into my current apartment - good location with a bus stop close by - if needed. Well equipped for long-term stay! Liked the space in living room and kitchen. Very likely i’ll choose here again

Great space. Cozy, comfortable bed with great layout and nice little touches. Parking as great, easy to find with a car. Not far from grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Good amenities like WiFi, coffee, tea, water, cereal and snacks, etc. Needs a little bit of upkeep - broken screen door, not particularly polished in some areas, but still a great place. Host was out of sight but available and kind.

I love it and I highly recommend if you want to enjoy a peaceful place

Perfect spot for young professionals communicate in waltham. A car is necessary. 5 mins to star market, starbucks, Dunkins, highway, etc. Unit was load with essentials like paper towel, plate, bowl, napkin, towels. Host was helpful and responsive! highly recommended!

Well situated and easy walking distance to some commercial outlets, Mary's place is on a quiet street. The room was simple, clean and had a much appreciated fan to keep me cool at night when the temp was high. Mary is welcoming and offers tips making it an easy stay. Highly recommended.

I was uncomfortably last-minute in my booking, but Mary was super quick to respond! She was easy to work with! No frills, it's a great place to sleep and shower after a day in Boston. About a 1hr commute to downtown. Take the 70A bus to the commuter rail. Get off at Porter station and take the Red Line straight to downtown!

Kaping is a delightful host. She accepted my room request on extremely short notice which was amazing and much appreciated. Her home is beautiful, spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated with items from all over the world. My room was perfect, plenty of closet and storage space, bathroom is connected to the bedroom. The location is also great. It’s super close to route 2 and about a 10-15 minute drive (Uber or Lyft) to the red line, Alewife station. Highly recommended host and home.

I came to Waltham to visit Brandeis University for a month. Kumar's place was quiet clean, and I was on the top floor with a bathroom so I effectively had a private suite. It is close to Waltham, a supermarket and the train into Boston. Kumar was gracious and made check-in very easy. Highly recommend!

Kumar is an amazing host. The house was spic and span and we didn’t have any issues while staying at the place. He was very welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for more from the host. He also let us extend our stay for couple more hours on a short notice.

Great long term stay. Convenient parking, big bedroom with fast Wifi and flatscreen tv with full cable. Comfortable bed and warm room in the winter. Use of washer and dryer is also a huge plus. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Iqbal’s for a little over a week while I was in the middle of relocating AND eye surgery. (Both went well!) I could not have asked for a lovelier experience. Iqbal and her family were gracious and friendly, my room was just right, and the location was perfect. Her squad of canine nurses also lifted my spirits! I never imagined a week of such upheaval in my life could have been such a pleasure, but it was.

Comfortable and welcoming, Mary is a great host.

Mary's place is in a great location with easy access to the major highways west of the city. The room simple yet clean, with a desk (not in the picture) that was good for getting some work done in the evening. It was a little warm upon arrival, but Mary provided a fan and there are two windows for a good, cool cross breeze.

Marcus is one of those hosts you hope to get. His check-in process is simple and elegant and, when I needed his help, he was there. I was in Waltham during a pretty heavy snowstorm and Marcus personally came to clear the snow on the property. The house is a recent remodel and the kitchen is well stocked and modern. The street is sleepy, but that also means it's dark at night. When I travel to Waltham for business again, I will see if this place is available first.

Great home. Spacious and modern. Very family/kid friendly. Nice location. In a quiet dead end street, yet Highway accessible. 20 min drive to Boston and Cambridge. Plenty of local restaurants and stores only a few mins away. Great large front and back yard.

Steve really deserves the "super host" rating on Airbnb. He was very considerate and responsive to all of my inquiries. His home was perfect for my first extended stay in Waltham. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and awesome shower were definite pluses over staying in a hotel. Also, his home is conveniently located near grocery stores and lots of dining options on Main and Moody streets.

It is a wonderful family holiday in Steve's place. The facility are good especially for cooking and very close to main street shops. Super convenience.

A good house for even more than 5 to stay. It’s located near the Main St, in 5 minutes walking distance you can find the supermarket and several restaurants. The house has nearly everything you need. If you want to run,you can run along the Main St then turn right at the Moody St, 300 meters ahead is the riverside trail.

Ashley has created a feast for the eyes. I spent most of the time in my own bedroom, and I kept discovering wonderful, artistic touches during my entire stay. This has everything I look for in an Airbnb: cleanliness, clear communication, easy check-in, a hassle-free place to park my car, a private room that provides more than just a bed, easy access to shopping nearby. But the fun and character and sheer delight of this space was definitely a cut above. And Ashley and her dog and two cats were wonderful, friendly, welcoming hosts!

Kyla’s place is really cute and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and there is so much space in the bathroom! She also offered a good amount of snacks/candies. It was a little loud at times but that is expected since it was in the basement. And even though the door was a curtain, it was still a very private space. My stay went great. Thank you again Kyla.

Quiet, peaceful

Natasha was a great host who was welcoming and quick to assist. we both share a love for math and learning. it's a older house that's well cared for and clean. A dedicated kitchen upstairs for guests was nice.

This is one of those classic old fashioned rambling New England houses. It has a dignity to it and a lot of space. Natasha was a great host as well. Recommended!

Such a lovely house! It has a sold of old-school serenity to it, in part due to the quiet neighborhood, in part due to the classic architecture, and definitely in part to the amount of personality within the house. You can tell that Natasha has invested years of love into her home, and it's an honor to be welcomed into it.

I stayed at Natasha & Xavier's for 2 weeks, and I totally recommended it. Everything was exactly as described, the room clean and spacious, as the rest of the house. The hosts were extremely nice, always available and ready to help. I really enjoyed the location as well, the neighbourhood was extremely peaceful and quiet, a really good place if you want to go running. I would definitely go back and stay with Natasha and Xavier if I would be in Waltham again!

This is, I think, the ideal Airbnb stay. Natasha and Xavier's home is congenial and comfortable. You feel like part of the family. But also, they are very professional, with long experience having house guests. I also noticed this friendly-but-professional balance regarding privacy. While I had all the privacy I wanted, Natasha was also available to help with any items or information that I needed. It was a very comfortable situation; and I fully intend to return the next time I need a temporary stay in Waltham.

We enjoyed our sojourn in this venue with fashion-forward contemporary decor and amenities. Furnishings and fixtures were obviously selected with utmost care — everything was both elegant and comfortable. The place was immaculately clean and apparently brand new. We emerged feeling both stimulated and relaxed. We would be glad to stay here again if we return to Waltham.

Ricardo is very friendly and responds to the needs of the guests in the first place. The kitchen facilities are clean and easy to use. The bedroom is clean and well equipped. Easy parking. It is only over 100 meters to the Main Street commercial street. A pleasant experience!

Clean, house with wonderful updated room. Just a short walk down the hill is a street full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, and more. I will definitely try to stay here again when I'm working in the Boston area.

Kaping and Paul are really nice hosts. They are helpful, generous and supporting to us, and full of love. The house is very clean and well managed. We felt at home and spent two weeks there before we left with all good memories.

My stay at Paul and Kaping’s home was amazing! I was here for a rotation as part of my residency program. I got an amazing night’s sleep, was able to bring some small grocery items to put in the downstairs kitchenette, and had a clean bathroom to myself. Paul was such a nice person and welcomed me into his home! It’s a beautiful location in historic Lexington! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very spacious and beautiful home. I stayed in the basement room which was a nice size, had its own bathroom, and an adjacent mini fridge and microwave in the basement. I also had access to their home gym down there. They’re a very kind family who enjoy meeting their new guests.

This was my first Airbnb experience and Kaping made it a great experience. She was genuinely warm, open, and friendly. (As was her husband). She made me feel comfortable, checking to make sure I had everything I needed. She also provided a variety of breakfast items everyday. The room is a big one and it actually felt like I had the whole downstairs area, with the TV room down there as well. I felt comfortable and safe (which is a big deal). I would definitely stay at Kaping’s again.

Kaping is a great host and the place is clean and organized. Kaping is also a knowledgable real estate agent who is generous and kind to help people with her knowledge. Highly recommended!
