On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
