Well appointed lake house just a stone's throw from the public boat launch and ATV/ Snowmobile trails. Enjoy the private, sandy (very shallow) swimming area ideal for young children and relaxing adults. Centrally located for outdoor recreation: whitewater rafting, boating, canoeing on the Kennebec or golf in the summer; hunting, fishing, or leaf peeping in the fall; or ice fishing, skiing, or snowmobiling in the winter. There are also several mapped ATV/UTV trails to explore. We have it all!
