This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

Hummingbird Guest Loft

Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.

Sycamore Hill Farm

Our historic family farm has 180 acres. The main house has been renovated to reflect a Greek revival kind of architecture that was prevalent in this area during the early 1800’s. The guest house is of new construction and is attached to the garage. It has a private porch attached to the back.
