Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Kilquite Barn is a fabulous Light living space with a private enclosed garden. It’s is set in a quiet rural area, with little noise other than the birds and tractors!! The perfect spot for a rest from the City. Fabulous walks locally, peppered with great pubs ,open fires, serving delicious grub! Down stairs are two double rooms (1xdouble bed &1 king OR 2 singles) and a spacious bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating down stairs. Access is from the back. Well behaved dogs are welcome..:-)

The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
