We really liked it. The description of the room was excellent.

The room was perfect for a weekend trip to Pirmasens. It is located in a quiet street to the rear. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the Strecktalpark or to the city center. There is parking in the street, public transport is rather difficult in Pirmasens. The room is very lovingly decorated in vintage style. It was clean, as shown in the photos and cool outside despite temperatures of over 30 degrees. The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. In the morning I was able to prepare coffee (filter, according to coffee and creamer available) and in peace in the backyard / garden drink. Also a bottle of water was on the table. WLAN has just been reinstalled and worked flawlessly at all times. Communication with Nicole was very easy. She answered very quickly at any time, before and during my stay. She was very cordial and came to me very much at the key handover and at the check-out. I met her as a great hostess. I would book the room again at any time.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely area - very peaceful and lots to do and see. We had the top floor flat - access was easy and there were some very thoughtful touches. The views from the balconies were great. We had a very happy stay but really wanted more than 2 days to see the local sights.

Ina is a very hospitable landlord. Together with her husband she responds very quickly to questions. Spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessities. Wonderful base for day trips. Not very touristy. But for a tourist who wants to invent things and look up a beautiful environment.

The apartment of Peter is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The equipment, especially the kitchen, is extensive. There is even a nice balcony with barbecue. In the very spacious living room there is a large internet-enabled TV, a fireplace and a dartboard. The location is quiet, right on the forest. There is little traffic on the adjacent road and there are many signposted trails in the immediate area. A larger supermarket is 2.5 km away on a footpath without gradients, which makes shopping without a car quite possible. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. We can only recommend the accommodation!

The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Dahn Rockland. But you should be motorized to make any purchases. For breakfast, our hosts, who have received us very friendly, but already made provisions. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you could wish for. The apartment is bright, the terrace overlooking the greenery is sunny. Unfortunately we could not use the great grill for reasons of time. We were greeted very friendly and Peter lit the stove on the first evening. We - two older couples - have felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. We are happy to come again.

The accommodation is the ideal starting point for hikes in the Dahner Felsenland: Located at the edge of the forest, you can start walking straight away and go to the east towards Hauenstein and further south to Dahn. In the bathing and sauna area in Dahn it is less than 10 minutes by car - great for relaxing and warming up after a hike. Back in the apartment everything is fine - and the fireplace is a real highlight! Jakob and Olga are absolutely courteous, super nice and helpful hosts - we will be happy to come back ...!

Our holiday in the heart of the Palatinate Forest was perfect! The Reinighof is pleasantly secluded in the forest, so you can relax and enjoy nature. Various hiking trails are directly accessible from there and many more only a short drive away. Thanks to the wood stove, it was always warm on colder days. The very well equipped kitchen including gas stove has also surprised us positively, so we could cook without problems in the car. The communication with Janina went flawlessly and that she also took the time to introduce us to the farm, was very happy. Therefore, we can warmly recommend this place and will be back in the future!

The trailer surrounded by meadows and fields is beautifully romantic. He is equipped with everything you need. In the morning one is awakened by the cock and the sun shines directly into bed. In the evening you sit comfortably by candlelight and can relax. Everything was really clean. The separation toilets have just smelled of some wood and the showers are nice and warm. We will be back definitely!

Janina, was helpful, reliable and very friendly. The trailer was a real dream and the area ... it's not easy to put the magic of silence into words. But it was harmonious and beautiful and a lot of nature. If I could give 6 stars, I would do it without hesitation.

That should really be tried out. We were skeptical at the beginning, so without electricity and without really running water, how will that be? And what about the cell phones ??? But seriously, it works, and how. We have been catapulted from everyday life, exactly as we had hoped. We were greeted warmly, the trailer looked even cozier and more romantic than on the pictures. Fresh flowers and fresh fruit were already waiting and many, many candles. It was wonderful. We were very curious how these toilets work, separating toilets without water. We've settled on bad smells, but nothing, absolutely nothing! On the contrary, in the sanitary container it smells wonderfully of wood and nothing else. The water in the sink comes from the nearby spring, which can be covered quickly on foot. A wonderfully idyllic place. If you have, take with you biodegradable soaps and shower gels, because everything is cleaned there in a plant treatment plant and our usual cosmetics can not break down nature so easily. Janina and the others like to explain how it all works. If you do not have the necessary tools, Janina is happy to help without any consideration, which we found very nice. And it made us think: Maybe we should take a closer look at our bathroom and our kitchen and drastically reduce the chemical stuff. We are and stay tuned, because it is not that hard ;-) Our city-stressed ears had to get used to the silence there. No industry, no power lines, just nature. We enjoyed the campfire for two and if it had not started to rain properly, we would have stayed there longer. You can buy wood from the community, we recommend to take a wheelbarrow full (15 €). Take enough provisions with you and remember: There is (still) no possibility of refrigeration. But here, too, Janina has a great idea of a Erdkühlschrank. We had very nice days in the trailer. A holiday of a different kind, sometimes without electricity and Wi-Fi. The car is really very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Also, the place is beautiful, in the middle of the forest overlooking fields and rocks. We will be back.

Very friendly welcome, very comfortable accommodation with heaps of books :) Extremely beautiful view the next morning with breakfast on the terrace. We really felt comfortable and happy to stay there longer. Many thanks also for the extension on the day of departure, we enjoyed the time on the terrace with a long breakfast.

Very good reception and good geographical situation

Gundi and Claus are excellent, friendly and accommodating hosts. You feel immediately welcome! The room with its own bathroom and separate toilet was lovingly decorated and sparkling clean. From the house you can do many varied hikes without a car - or simply enjoy the magnificent view from the garden. In the village there is a good bakery, which opens every day, the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car. If you prefer to eat (like us), Gundi and Claus also have the right tips. All in all, it was a perfect stay for our hiking weekend!

We were in the Palatinate for a few days vacation and climbing. But the "Haus Drachenblick" was a very good starting point. Some rocks were even within walking distance which we especially liked. The contact with Claus and Gundi was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Gladly again!

At Ewa you can expect really nice hospitality, we had a car breakdown on arrival and she handled the delayed arrival confidently and warmly. Because we were the first AirBnB guests, there was also a piece of delicious rhubarb cake :-) The apartment itself is perfect for up to four people; whether four adults or a family, no matter, everyone has space! In addition to the two bedrooms there is a living room with couch, armchair, table, TV and a buffet with games and lots of information about the place and the surroundings. From the living room there is a small balcony and from this to a terrace to sit outside. The kitchen is really perfect and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking! The bathroom is clean, spacious and there is fast hot water. In addition, there is a parking lot in front of the house and a beautiful garden behind the house! The house itself is located on the outskirts of Fischbach, it is super fast in the countryside ...

We were for two over the weekend in the magic hut and we felt very comfortable there. The host welcomed us at the agreed time and gave us all necessary instructions. The cottage is heated with wood, which enhances the homey character. Lovingly furnished and decorated, very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, but also toys, board games, dice, etc. are available. In the hut there are six beds and two more in the neighboring hut. We will certainly come here again with a few friends.

Peter and Luise are super hospitable hosts! The hut is like a little time travel in a less fast time, at and in nature. Mountain hut feeling in the middle of the Palatinate and great for walks from the front door! We love to come back for campfire evenings, watching the stars and enjoying nature.

We were in the fall for hiking in the forest house Merzalben and had a really nice time there. The rooms are big and bright and everything is very clean. Especially we enjoyed the sauna area. He is really very comfortable. Dennis gave us tips on hiking and nearby restaurants and was very helpful. Can we recommend in any case!

The old Forsthaus is very cozy and lovingly furnished for guests. After a long hike you can enjoy the sauna area in the basement. There is nothing missing. The small breakfast is waiting in the morning in front of the door. Hot rolls and fresh coffee make for a good start to the day. We'll be back, maybe with the Mtb. Because for bikers, as well as for hikers the environment is fabulous :-)

Great home with lots of personal touches and amazing German hospitality! Some road construction this time of year made the location a little difficult to get to but the quiet and cute town were well worth the drive. Located near a couple of hiking areas, grocery store and restaurants just a short drive away. Ina was very helpful in helping us locate nearby attractions and providing instructions regarding house rules. Teenagers enjoyed the fussball table and WiFi. Roomy enough for a larger family with lots of personal touches. Wonderful find!

Wow! This place was incredible--Rolf and Ina have put some great thoughts into how to furnish and equip this house, and their attention to detail really shows in this house. This was one of our best AirBNB experiences and we would definitively return. We really enjoyed the puzzles, the selection of DVDs, the projection TV and the foosball table. A great place to relax and to enjoy this region.

Ina and Ralph were very nice to my wife and I. We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay while on vacation in Europe and this home was exactly what we hoped it would be. They were extremely nice and helped us find a two nice restaurants to have dinner at. It was extremely peaceful listening to the birds sing while having coffee in the breeze while looking out their large windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Really a very pretty little witch house with nice hosts! We spent nice evenings by the cozy, warm oven. The whole house is well equipped with everything you need. You should only know that you cannot stand upright in the bedroom under the roof and that getting into the double bed is a bit difficult. But if you lie in there, you have a wonderful view!

A magical house in the beautiful Palatinate Forest! The equipment left nothing to be desired. Frankly, the kitchen was better equipped than our own. Everything was super clean, in good condition and modern. Luise and Peter are very nice, helpful and have a solution for everything. PS: We had zero cell phone reception (O2 network) and enjoyed it. WiFi is available as indicated.

What an incredible place. We read the reviews of Peter and Luise's Hexenhaus and still couldn't believe how wonderful it was when we got there. If you're looking for some time out to recharge, the Hexenhaus is highly recommended. You will have everything you need and more in the accommodation. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with the most incredible forests on your doorstep.

The witch's house is more than idyllic. Totally quiet and you can really relax. Located right by the forest, you can start your long walks. Communication was smooth and fast. Nothing was missing in the house, very clean and a fantastic view from the bed in the early morning. Thanks to both of you.

The bakery and other shops are within walking distance, the shoe mile with several shoe shops and the shoe museum is around the corner. We, 5 friends and a dog had a great short vacation in Hinterweidenthal! Very warm hosts who are always available. If something is missing in the equipment, it will be taken care of immediately! :-) If you wish, you can take advantage of an inexpensive breakfast buffet. Since we are not in a hurry in the morning and prefer to have breakfast later, we got bread from the local bakery. Cafe Zürn is just around the corner and highly recommended. There are wonderful cakes and pies. Dogs are not allowed there, but cakes are also available to take away and we enjoyed them comfortably in the holiday home. There is also a Greek restaurant in the village, where dogs are allowed. We didn't like the taste, but as you know, they are different. An absolute MUST is the brewery! Within a few minutes walking distance, dogs are also allowed. Beautifully decorated, very friendly, delicious and cheap food and the beer just perfect! A walk to the Teufeltisch is also recommended. If you like, you can extend and hike the walk. Worth it! On the way back you can stop at the brewery ... :-) For shopping in the supermarket, you should get in the car if you should cook, but everything is available in the surrounding area. I can recommend Dahn as an excursion option. The rock path and its castle ruins are a dream for hikers. There are twelve premium hiking trails, beautiful! For hikers with dog, highly recommended! Conclusion: only recommended! Many thanks to the super nice hosts!

The bed was so comfortable I slept so well and refreshed for the next day. You are upstairs from main home so its quiet. Theres a water kettle and microwave in the room with tea and coffee. Internet works great and TV is a great way to relax. Nice country view out the window and the place is not far from downtown. There is always a place to park. The room and bathroom are always super clean. Great place to be if you are staying in the area.

We were welcomed very warmly and were able to find a heated fireplace when we arrived. The wood is included in the price and creates a romantic, warm atmosphere. The whole house was very clean and all rooms have their special flair, the furniture is mixed with modern and rustic, making the house something special. We even found a sparkling wine in the fridge to greet us. Everything else was also available towels, bathrobes, guest slippers, etc. Nothing is missing. What should also be highlighted very positively is the absolute tranquility, surrounded by a small forest, you feel far away from all the everyday stress and can relax perfectly. We (5 couples with two young children) stayed in this great house over a weekend. It was very clean and lovingly decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and the large table in the conservatory is great for eating and drinking together. We even got an extra "bed" in the projector room, thank you very much. We had a family reunion here and will certainly do it again in this beautiful house. We can only recommend this accommodation.

You can expect a nice house. It has a pleasant atmosphere and is well equipped. I especially liked the location of the house. There are some castles and rock formations that can be reached in a few minutes by car. So no hike is in the way, there is something for everyone, whether 1-3 or 4-6 hours. I would recommend the house in any case. Thank you for the hospitality.

We spent a wonderful girls weekend with kids in the house of Ina and Ralf. We felt very comfortable and everything was there what you need. Especially the large table in the conservatory was great. In addition, there were plenty of games, so that you have no boredom even in bad weather. Ina and Ralf were very nice and uncomplicated hosts. I can fully recommend the stay.

Im come out to this area for appointments and its so great i can stay in this amazingly affordable room that is so comfortable. Love the instant coffee he makes available in the room. TV with cable lets me watch the news and the parking is so convenient. All the main stores are so close if you need or forgot something. Its peaceful and quiet place.

The apartment is large (or rather huge), comfortably furnished and exudes a warm, friendly atmosphere, it was very clean. Verena is super nice and the communication is quick and easy. We look forward to the next visit.

There were great days in Dahn. I was with two children (7 and 10 years) in the apartment Schwalbennest, the children had a bunk bed, which was between the master bedroom (double bed) and the bathroom. The kitchen / living room is equipped with everything you need (we did not miss anything) and you can sit in front of the apartment on a porch. In addition to the cushions for the chairs, there are also toys for children (balls, table tennis rackets, etc.) and a table tennis table under a canopy across the courtyard. There is enough space for the kids to run around. Just a few minutes from the house is the Dahner Felsenweg (with the Schwalbenfelsen), which is very convenient for hiking. We thought it was great and happy to come back.
