The Bungalooe

A unique private cosy quiet pad with privacy and independence. Only 3 mins walk to the river and sea, 2 mins to a 500yr old pub 'The Jolly Sailor' and a great local shop selling excellent food etc. Looe is friendly happy and a safe place with great beaches and loads to do! I have quite allot of rescue animals on the property (dog, chickens, an avary a macaw called Babes with a slight attitude problem :) (She is in the house with me) they are mostly quiet but obviously they make some noise.

Penlea Cottage is a bijou little one bedroom semi detached single storey cottage. -5 minute downhill walk to Polperro, 10 minutes back - Park outside your door. -Woodburning stove -Huge furnished private deck with barbeque -Ooni woodfired pizza oven (extra charge) - Set away from the village in a peaceful rural location, yet only 5 minutes walk to Polperro. -10 minutes uphill walk from village as the lane is steep. The walk is not suitable for anyone with mobility or fitness issues.

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, rather like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door & sea views from the bedroom & sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close to the house.
