Cosy apartment in alpine farmhouse

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The bright studio with around 30 m² is on the ground floor of the Chalet Sonnenkönig on a sunny hillside in Piesendorf in the beautiful Pinzgau. From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. A guest card with numerous discounts is included.

The apartment is completely separated from the main house, with separate entrance. It is located in a perfect location between Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn or Maiskogel) and Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe). Ideal for all winter sports fans and enthusiastic hikers. In addition, only 2 km to Tauern SPA Kaprun and 10 min. walk to the swimming pool in Piesendorf. The apartment is new, modern furnished and top equipped. Quiet yet central 2.5 km from Maiskogel - nearest ski slope.

Small and nice apartment in Bruck an der Glocknerstraße. Not far from the best ski resorts (Schmitten, Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach). There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free Wifi and a parking in front of the house are provided. In order to enjoy beautiful moments, the use of the terrace is the ideal offer.
