This is very nice place - comfortable, clean and stylish room! Didnt use, but comunity pool was just out sode the window! Fast response and communication, and easy to check in and out with electronic key. Close by Publix for anything you need. ;)

This air B&B is exactly how it is described. The host is responsive, the house is very clean, well kept and located in a great safe neighborhood. The backyard is fenced in and my dogs loved running around while we relaxed and enjoyed the view of the beautiful lake. I also noticed the opening in the yard mentioned by other visitors has been fixed, so no worries on the dogs escaping. The only negative I found was that one of the rooms has a very soft mattress with a sunken middle. However, if only one person is sleeping on it, it works fine. Two people you’ll end up meeting in the middle all night. But that was a minor inconvenience since this place was able to host my family that includes my doggies and that is priceless. Overall a great vibe in the house, motivating quotes and a place we found to be “home-y” . Will stay again .

Virginia's place was very spacious and very clean, and it was very easy to relax in. The back porch/yard and view of the lake were excellent as well. Would highly recommend if you are travelling to the Orlando area for any reason! My only two slight complaints were that the living room TV was out of order and the decorating was a little weird/distracting.

My mom and I stayed here for several days. The house was clean and was very comfortable. The view from the back patio was our favorite part. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. And the house is right down the road from several restaurants and a grocery store. We loved our stay!

Chepe’s place was great. It was quiet and in a great location - close to the airport and not too far from the theme parks! Everything was sparkling clean and smelled good. We also had access to the rest of the townhouse and was able to do laundry, whip up breakfast in the kitchen, and relax in the living room. Chepe himself is awesome and responds quickly to questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Amparo went above and beyond being a great Host to me. When I arrived at her home at 2am, she was waiting awake to ensure I was able to get settled into my room. She has ensured that the room was kept fresh and clean, she has offered me feast-sized meals, and she has even taken care of my laundry while I was at work. I honestly cannot thank her enough.

Jay’s place is located in a nice area. The host responds fast to any comments or concerns about her property. Only main concern is the size of the property. It is small. I would not recommend more than 2 people staying in this listing. Regardless of the size, the house is located in a good area and was 4/5 for cleanliness.

My co-worker and I actually liked Jay's place. I knew it was going to be small, but it was a little smaller than what I thought. The good thing is that we were only in town for a few days and was away from the guesthouse most of the day each day. Very clean and stylish, I loved the colors and the decor. Jay was very helpful in the beginning and her responses to my questions were quick and helpful. She didn't bother us the entire stay and I was confident that if I needed her she would be available. We would definitely stay at Jay's place again!

Jay's place was very nice. A little small but good enough for me and my wife. Jay checked in on us through out our visit. The neighborhood is very safe. Gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants was minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Jay’s space for our first time in Florida. We went to Universal, Fogo de Chao, Mall of Millenia, etc. Her space was stylish and comfortable! It is on the smaller side ( like she states in description) but perfect for a couple. Definitely rent a car if planning on staying, that made the trip a little difficult. ( Jay recommends renting a car). Overall experience was amazing would rent again.

Jay is such an amazing host, very easy to communicate with, and very friendly! The place was perfect if we decide to go to Orland again we do hope to stay here once again!

You won't find better value. Better than the pictures. Privacy and private entrance was great. You need a car or bike because it is off the bus lines but not a bad drive to anywhere(less than ten miles to most places incl downtown and the parks. Beautiful safe location, I left the door unlocked. Louisa is a great host and was respectful. Coffee was great. fridge and microwave.

I was in I was in town for a convention and this space was just as nice has the expensive hotel room my friend rented in the convention center. Convenient easy to get to no traffic issues.

His location was exactly as described and extremely economical while traveling as a single traveler. Was extremely clean and the host was immediately responsive to messages. Would not hesitate to stay there on my next travel trip.

Juana's place is super-conveniently located, and in a quiet safe neighbourhood. The space is very clean and perfect for one or two people. Juana is a fantastic host and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It was a great stay. It's a nice private space that's separate from the main house. I had a private bathroom which is great. Also, a mini fridge and microwave like a hotel. Juana and her sister went the extra mile to help me have a great stay. I'd stay again.

Had a long layover in Orlando and booked at the last minute. My flight didn’t get in until midnight and was still able to book and have a comfortable stay.

Very clean, neat, and lovely place. The host was very accommodating of my late check-in. Very quiet and non-intrusive. I just used it as a place to sleep in while checking out greater Orlando for a couple of days. Located in a lovely neighborhood not too far from the international airport. Also lovely and safe if you don't want to skip out on your morning jogs while on holiday. I would highly recommend, and would stay there again myself on subsequent visits.

This was a great stay! I needed a place to crash overnight since I was flying out of Orlando international airport early in the morning. Lillian’s house is only 10 min away from the airport and it was a great price for a quick stay!

Lovely host, super easy check-in. Cheerfully accommodated my late arrival. Place was a bit farther from the airport than I anticipated ($20 uber), located in an absolutely lovely, quiet neighborhood next to a pretty pond.

Mike’s home was exactly what I needed. Self check in and instructions were very helpful. Tv in the room has Netflix and I actually got to relax after my drive to Orlando. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets were very clean. A/C was cool at night and I slept like a rock. Guest parking was great if you’re driving or renting a car. Home was very modern. I definitely would stay here again and recommend you to book!

Kayla is absolutely incredible. I haven't used Airbnb that much in the past but I've been pretty lucky with the hosts I've had. Kayla is AMAZING! She works incredibly hard to make sure her guests are comfortable and she's happy to chat or leave you alone if that's what you would prefer -- I enjoyed chatting with her but, either way, she's there for whatever you might need. I worked remotely from Orlando all week and she was more than accommodating with anything I asked for. I can't say enough about my stay and I can't say enough about how great Kayla was as a host. You can’t beat the value - the room and bathroom were clean, you had access to the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was great, great parking, and private and served your needs precisely if you’re in and out for a ridiculously fair price. If you’re planning to go to the parks every day for a week it might not be as convenient with repetitive parking fees and 30 min drive back and forth, but I was there from Friday night to Monday and went on sat and sun and it was totally worth it.

Me and my husband spent one night in Diana’s house, before our flight back to DC, we wanted a good place close to the airport and so it was, 12 minutes driving to Orlando International Airport. The room and the bathroom super clean, we had towels, shampoo, hot water, extra blanket (we didn’t use it but it’s in the closet, you will need it in cold nights). The neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe, had free parking right next the door. Diana let us check in late 9:00 pm, she met us and opened the door for us, and we had a short conversation with her, she is very nice and kind.

Joel's place is really reasonable and comfortable. Easy to access from the ariport and located in beautiful residential area. The only thing you have to care about is noise especially at night. It is important at the place to think about other people and try to stay quetly because the wall is thin.

Mike is an awesome host. He was kind enough to pick me up from the airport; which super close to his home. His house is super clean, quiet, and brand new. Lastly, he was flexible with the check out time ( very accommodating of him).

Dominga was a great host. The best part about the house was a private bath attached with the room she gave us in her house, making it very convenient. We had a wonderful time and her place was pretty close to the MCO Airport.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom attached to the room. Additionally, I was impressed with the price (50 dollars with an extremely low cleaning fee) in comparison to other places.

Perfect spot for a quick night in Orlando! Pillar and David were so sweet and accommodating. They gave me my privacy but also went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great and I was taken care of. David even gave me a ride back to the airport the next day after giving me a ride to a local restaurant to grab some food. The location is very safe and quiet. Affordable and worth it. For the price you can’t beat it. I didn’t see any of the other guests more than once which was great for my wife. Yemi was very nice and stayed to himself which I liked. Yemi's place is very convenient to the USTA tennis facility. He rents out several rooms, yet the place was quiet, the neighborhood safe, and everything was clean. Great price that had everything we needed for a weekend stay. When I reached out to Yemi to make sure he was expecting us, he responded immediately and put us at ease for our upcoming stay. The house itself is very nice, and it is a good value.

Pros - Good value and nice house. It was perfect for what I needed and the location was great! Cons - Walls are thin as mentioned in the instructions and you can hear phone text message alert, alarms, etc from other rooms. Nothing unexpected, though.

Easy to find and check in with a good location

Only stayed a night but the room and house was clean. Made sure guests adhered to the rules, especially regarding quiet hours at night. Easy check-in and communication. Lovely and friendly cat who greeted me when I came up the stairs to my room :)

Great place for the price! Right next to the airport, and it’s very nice to watch the planes on the porch (you can barely here them, it was great!). The place was clean and exactly as pictured! I loved the added speaker and makeup mirror at this condo, super nice and unexpected!

I honestly was pleasantly surprised by this place. Very clean, great view of the pool.....really, really close to the airport. Great value for the price which was a outstanding, this place will go down as an favorite to me.

We had a little problem getting the gate code before we got to the community but we were let in by another resident. Aside from that, all was great! The home was super clean and had the cleanest shower I've ever seen in any Airbnb. Frank checked on us once we were settled and made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend!

The condo is located only minutes to Orlando airport and in a very safe gated community. Frank's condo has the view of the pool and it is decorated beautifully. The only complain I have is the absence of a fast WI-FI! There was Verizon 4G device but it worked poorly because there is no reception in the area. We would highly recommend this place!

Even nicer in person, just a beautiful area and room. Really enjoyed my stay here, only issue I had was a little bit of confusion with the check in, but he was quick to respond and helped me figure it out. All in all a fantastic place to stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando for any reason at all.

Peaceful place

This place was awesome to stay at! I would definitely stay here again. The place is very clean and very nice. The room had a tv, comfortable bed, and decent sized closet. The washer and dryer were located conveniently across the bedroom. The place itself is big, the host has water, coffee and tea offered everyday. Very cozy place. Location wasn’t too far from downtown area/ universal area. Safe location as well and is very close to the airport. The host is very friendly too!

It's a beautiful place with a nice quiet atmosphere.

This place had all that we needed! It was plenty of space for me and my boyfriend, the house was located in a very nice neighborhood and it was very easy to check in. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the tv in the room had plenty to watch. The host stays in the same house but he is very kind and allows you as much privacy as you need.

House the house is beautiful inside and out! Neighbor was quiet and safe. This was my first Airbnb experience and Yemi was a great host providing me with quick responses and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you're visiting the Orlando area.

After this review, you might think I have known Chris for awhile. I have never met him in my life until we checked in at his house. I read all of his reviews ahead of time and was impressed. But they still don’t do him justice. He is by far the best host one could ever have. His pictures do not do it justice, it is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. He literally bent over backwards for us to have a nice visit in Orlando. He absolutely goes above and beyond what anyone will ever do for you in an Airbnb. The price is amazing. granted, you are in his house, he lives there and has a renter upstairs. you don’t get your own private bathroom necessarily, but we rarely saw anyone and had full access to his master bathroom. He even gave us access to extra bedrooms, including his own master bedroom one night! One night he got home late, I was still up and he brought me out a rum and Coke and we just hit it off for about an hour. He is the nicest and most hospitable guy you will ever meet! He truly takes joy and pleasure in being a quality host, and absolutely has his it together personally. He is an engineer with aspirations of building his own real estate business and is working hard to create a good name for himself. I am confident I will never find a better host who catered to our needs and went way over and beyond what he needed to for us!
