Stylish and cozy tiny house situated in a beautiful secluded location on our organic farm. Perfect for lazy evenings in the hot tub, drinks on the deck overlooking rolling dales or barbecues under the stars. It’s one of a kind, the only guest accommodation on our farm of 100 acres. Located within walking distance of the famous National Trust Brimham Rocks, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, and in close proximity to Harrogate, Ripon, York & Leeds, there are no end of things to do nearby.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below.
