It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 A/C, central heating, alarm system and its own private yard. It is located in a 2 mins walk from tram station Ag. Alexandrou and 5 min walk from the main square of Nea Smyrni next to shops and restaurants. You can take the tram for a 10 min drive to the centre of Athens “Syntagma” square, or 20 mins drive to Acropolis, same duration to the sea.

Moreover, Moschato is near with only 2 station far away from Pireaus station and there you can take a ship for a variety of greek islands. In a heartbeat away from Moschato you find Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and further little port in Kastela city.
