This modern house accommodates families and couples alike and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stylish open-plan living and dining area. The Aegean Sea with a beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters from the house. The house was completed in July 2024 and you can be the first guests.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
