The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed. It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults. The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs. Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

An Ell is a wing of a building built at right angles to the length of the main building. Our Ell forms self-contained living accommodation alongside the main residence. It was originally built in 2005 but, since we have moved to this beautiful area, we have updated the accommodation extensively. You'll see us out and around sometimes, pottering, but only if you look for us. We are quiet and respectful of your need for privacy but if you'd like a chat, don't hesitate to get our attention.

Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
