A rural and peaceful setting!
  • AS ADVERTISED. Nanette and Sebastian were fantastic hosts, and the space was just as cozy as it looks. Great communication, a wealth of knowledge of the area including scenery and restaurants, and very hospitable. Can't recommend their cabin enough, we can't wait to come back!

  • From the moment we touched upon arrival, the experience was easeful and snug. Nanette and Sebastian, welcomed us into their gem of a space. The woodstove fire kept the warmth and lighting of the cabin alive throughout the evening. We were surrounded by both; many words of authors, within the library and acres of land. The view of the sparkling stars by night and the peak of the mountains by day. Magical space with amazing hospitality. We will definitely be returning.

  • Our stay here in February was just perfect - the cabin was cosy, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Nanette and Sebastian (and their dogs!) were absolutely lovely and you couldn’t ask for better hosts. They were friendly and kind, the breakfast they prepared was delicious, and their recommendations for local restaurants were superb. The cabin itself was a great place to stay and we felt so peaceful just sitting by the fire and admiring the view. I would recommend this place to anybody in need of a restorative break from everyday life, and we will definitely be back again!

  • Nanette's small space was incredibly cozy on the snowy New Hampshire day that my boyfriend and I visited. It was exactly what we were looking for-- a winter, cottage-like experience in New England. Our hosts were so helpful explaining how the wood fireplace worked and at giving directions for local food suggestions in the nearest town. We arrived later than anticipated, as we made a few roadside stops, and Nanette promptly responded after each delay on our end, as we updated our arrival. It's always so nice when in-person checking in is this easy. Nanette included breakfast which was extremely convenient because of its remote location and also extremely nutritious and delicious-- much better than any restaurant we ate at for breakfast on our New England trip.

  • Awesome host, super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to booking again in the future

    Santiago2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I come here every winter for a serene getaway that can't be beat. The wood stove, the variety of books, the warm sheets and the even warmer hosts make this our favorite Airbnb!

    Vinnie2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second time staying at Nanette and Sebastian’s cabin - we loved it so much we had booked another weekend right after our first stay. We couldn’t be happier that we found this charming cozy escape. The breakfasts each morning are delicious and so special. The wood stove is magical. The whole thing is such a great value. Book it - you won’t regret it! Thanks Nanette! We’ll be back!

  • Amazing space! The fire was amazing and kept our room so cozy. Breakfast was left for us outside the door and was delicious! Fresh baked bread and yogurts, along with water and coffee for the room. Lovely place all around!

  • This location is the perfect place for a retreat. I came here for a few days to work on a writing project, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is located in a beautiful rural area (which I hope to explore when I come back in warmer weather!), and the space is very cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Nancy and Ariel have really thought of everything. They are also very prompt and responsive while being extremely respectful of guest space and privacy. Enjoy comfort and relaxation in this stylish, clean and spacious apartment. The Carriage House has a living area, kitchenette, private full bath downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs (one queen and one twin), a deck and screened porch. The decor is part country, part modern, and all comfort! The upstairs bedrooms are adjacent; you pass through the master (queen) bedroom to access the smaller (twin) bedroom. This is ideal for a couple with a child or groups where full privacy is not a concern.
The Carriage house has a comfortable living area with free WiFi, cable / smart TV, or you can curl up and enjoy a book or DVD (we keep a few on hand). In the kitchenette, help yourself to coffee or tea; there's also a toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge. The bedrooms have hardwood floors, clock radio, lamps, blankets, linens and pillows. Adjust the thermostat to your liking and enjoy a comfortable stay! (Since the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is on the first level, if you’re alone and you’d prefer to sleep on the ground floor, let us know and we'll set up a twin bed in the living area.) The Carriage House is an ideal location for enjoying Southern New Hampshire's many natural and cultural attractions.
We’re easy walking distance from Main Street, Wilton, known for its Town Hall Theater, Nelson’s Candies, art galleries, antique shops and more. We’re also near the Wilton Public Library, an architectural gem. We’re 15 minutes from the famous Pickety Place in Mason, NH, and 20 min. or so from Parker’s Maple Barn. Just half an hour away you can hike Pack Monadnock or it’s twin, Mount Monadnock. The area has beautiful fall foliage, ample hiking trails, apple picking, and skiing.

    Alison2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was the best host my dad and I could have ever asked for! She greeted us when we arrived, gave us a little tour, provided us with some breakfast food and home made cookies and even made a sweet welcome sign for us! The apartment was beautiful and cozy, and stocked well with everything we needed. When my dad cut his leg skiing and needed stitches, Karen helped us out a ton! She provided us with extra ice and baggies so my dad could ice his leg, and helped him get up the stairs. Very quick to respond and an absolute sweetheart! The apartment was roomy, super comfy and at such a great price! I wish I could give Karen 5000 *stars*!!

    Olivia2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • I’m an experienced Airbnber but Karen’s stood out for all the warm and special touches she offered from the homemade chocolate chip cookies to all the breakfast fixings to the sign welcoming us to the board games and movies to the notebook of suggestions. We prepared all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy and the place was quiet and welcoming in every way. Very close to Crotched Mountain where we skied. Highly recommended!

Kid and Pet Friendly! Cozy basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood in southern New Hampshire. Located 50 minutes from Boston airport, 1.5 hours from the White Mountains, and 1 hour from the beach it’s a perfect location to take in all of New England! The basement stays warm in winter and cool in the summer. Located only 20 minutes from Nashua or Manchester, 40 minutes from Concord or Lowell, and 1 hour from Portsmouth and Boston. Pets and kids welcome. Toddler and infant beds available.
Studio basement apartment newly built, fresh and clean. A very comfortable space for 1-3 people but we are certainly willing to help you fit more if needed. We have young children so we are able to provide bassinets, pack-n-plays, toddler beds, and a queen size air mattress to accommodate your whole group. There is a television but no cable connection. It will have a chromecast and an Xbox with some games available. There is also a RedBox a half mile away. **NOTICE**: We have toddlers with lots of energy. They will be running around and playing above you but we try to keep them quiet from 8p-8a. If you book this basement, you understand that you will likely hear running feet above you if you are home during the day. Also, because we do have young kids, no parties, drugs, or smoking will be allowed. Alcohol is acceptable in responsible quantities. **NOTICE 2**: Our laundry facilities are in the basement apartment. You are free to use them. If you stay longer than a week we may need to use the laundry as well but we will coordinate a time which is least inconvenient to you. If you stay for a week or less we will do our best to respect your privacy and refrain from doing any laundry. There is a cat upstairs that isn’t allowed into the basement so cat hair should be minimal but if you have an extreme allergy, it may still get to you. Your entrance is private in that we won’t see you enter but if we are in the kitchen we will likely hear you enter. Decent sized privacy fence backyard with a large deck and a grill, all of which you are welcome to use. You will have 2 driveway spots and plenty of street parking except during winter months with pending snow.
Quiet neighborhood. No parks in walking distance, but a soccer and baseball field are 0.75 miles away, a great climbing park for the kids is 2 miles away, and hiking/showshoeing/mountain biking trails are 2.5 miles away. Enjoy tax free shopping at the Outlet Mall 2 miles away or the Pheasant Lane Mall 15 minutes away. Also in walking distance are delicious restaurants including Thai food, Sushi, an Italian restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant.

  • This was such a great first experience using Airbnb. The place is very clean, has a comfortable bed, felt very welcomed and happy I could bring my infant. You can use the washer and dryer as many times as you need which was a plus. I really felt like we had privacy during the stay and what a great location this is. During the day you can hear children running but that never was a bother or issue to us because during the night they didn’t make a peep, plus we have an infant so we understand. I would rate this place 10/10 and I’m definitely coming back soon! Thanks again!

The apartment decor is warm and contemporary, with a large living and eating area, modest kitchenette, bedroom with queen size bed, and fully appointed bathroom. We are close to downtown Milford and 30 minutes from Nashua and Manchester, as well as an easy drive to Merrimack Premium Outlets and Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride.
The newly finished basement apartment was constructed with you in mind as we brainstormed our own experiences with AIRBNB and incorporated them in our design. It is an ideal space for a couple’s getaway or for the business traveler looking for a comfortable place. We are very proud of the entire apartment which reminds us of the very best that we want. In the living area you will find a 65” high def flat screen TV with Comcast connection, free WIFI, and Alexa enabled sound system for music enjoyment. In the kitchenette there is seating for 4, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee and tea. The bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside lamps with USB ports, and a make-up mirror. Ironing board and iron are also available. The bathroom is fully appointed with large shower and complimentary bathing products. A light breakfast (pastries, fresh fruit, juice) will be provided daily. A double high queen size air mattress with bedding is also available upon request.
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Milford. Although Milford is a small town, it does not lack for things to do, throughout all four seasons. Our restaurants offer a variety of taste, and entertainment is available on the weekends. Hiking trails are all around and a ski area is not far, giving you a chance to explore nature without driving far away. The city’s industrial park is expanding and we made every effort to provide a place for those professionals who may be visiting these local businesses.
  • Provided awesome recommendations for food, extremely welcoming and great environment. The home is in a beautiful area and there is plenty to do. Thank you again!

Communication is the utmost importance to me and Ralph never wavered from quick, concise responses and was kind in accommodating our plans as they evolved. Absolutely recommend staying here.

This cozy, bright apartment offers a ton of natural light and the convenience of being only a short walk (10 minutes) or drive (2 minutes) to downtown Milford (or "the oval" as we call it here in town)! Please note the space is on the second floor and requires ascending a full flight of stairs.
This is a sunny two-bedroom apartment near the heart of Milford. Guests will have use of the master bedroom (queen bed at the front of the apartment, through the French doors), second bedroom (with a queen bed at the rear of the apartment, through the kitchen), the living room (with a futon), the kitchen, and an office/kid space. This apartment is on the second floor and requires the ability to ascend a full flight of stairs. Guests are invited to use the yard, patio, swing set and playscape!
This is a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and the area is walkable. The area has a true New England vibe, with beautiful homes and a downtown filled with locally owned shops.
  • Erin was a lovely hostess and the space was great! Would definitely stay here again.

    Jaymie2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was great working with Erin. She was very hospital and kind and responsive. The air bnb was clean, cute and quiet. The location is great in comparison to Milford!

    Linnea2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • We found a clean, neat apartment with everything we needed for our overnight stay. The accommodations could easily support a longer stay and 4 more people. Communication with Erin was quick and easy. The check in process was perfectly described and couldn't have been easier. Definitely within easy walking distance to the downtown, downhill on the way to town, uphill on the way back. We would happily stay here again if we need another night in Milford.

  • If you're looking for a great value in an excellent location, you've found it with Erin's place. The beds & pillows were amazingly comfortable and that is something I look for in any place that I stay. Very clean, easy check-in, basically everything you'd expect in an airbnb. Definitely recommend starting with Erin!

The Country Guest Quarters room is in a completely separate part of the house which offers great privacy and includes a private bathroom. In October 2018 we added a small sitting area which is totally private in the evenings and weekends, and mostly private during the days. We added this area as a bonus and did not raise our price! The house is in a safe, quiet, friendly community.
The bedroom is adjoined by an office that may be available as a BONUS to use in the evenings if you require workspace. The office is not used during the evenings or weekends! There is a sitting area separated from the office by room dividers. This area is now part of the Airbnb! (FYI, Airbnb room is up stairs in the bonus room above the garage) Note: The room has no windows to the outside, except for the skylight in the sitting area. Fans and A/C units are provided. The yard lets you feel as you are surrounded by nature. There are no other visible houses during the summer months. We are available for a lot of interaction, or no interaction, this is entirely up to the guests. The neighborhood is very quite, very safe, and we are friends or family with almost everyone around. If you do not have your own transportation this is not the place for you. We are at least 30 minutes from the nearest taxi, and buses and trains are out of the question! This is a bedroom community about 90 minutes from Boston. We have a wonderful cat the grandchildren named Orange Meow,,, which is mostly in his own area or outside, but he is never in your room. We are non drinkers and appreciate our guests doing the same. We don’t want any alcohol related problems, including coming back drunk from a night out. Relax and enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay!
Quiet, safe, friendly. We know most of the neighbors, and many of them are family.
  • Amazing as always.

    Lou2019-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • John's room was beautiful, very well supplied and clean. The directions were clear and easy to understand. All I need was a bed to crash in for two nights, but what I found was a little vacation and a comfortable space to relax in. The location is beautiful, as well as his space. I will be looking to stay there again, if I should ever need a place to stay in the area again. Thanks John.

Romantic GetAway for 2, steps from downtown Nashua. A little Touch of Country in the City with your own private parking and entry, private bath and kitchenette along with a yard and fire pit. 45 minutes to the mountains or Boston! Come spoil your significant other in this hidden gem in the city. Or just come to get a way and relax. Check out my guidebook for local things to do while you are here. Wether it’s a nice dinner or winter sports, I have a little bit of everything in my guidebook.
Cuddle in front of your own private fire in the master suite or in your own private yard with fire pit. The bathroom is in your suite, with a petite stand up shower, sorry no bathtub. There’s a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & hot plate. There’s a fridge with ice. Don’t worry about the condiments, coffee, tea. I’ve got you covered. There’s hot cocoa too! Snuggle in a cozy robe and slippers and enjoy!
3 minute walk to downtown Nashua and 5 minute ride to most local attractions. Enjoy the peace of the mountains and come back to the city. A little of both worlds.
  • Super clean and in a nice secluded area. I would definitely stay at Lili’s place again! So many places around to go walk around and see as well as really good restaurants.

    Lauren2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quiet get away birthday weekend. Lili was awesome she provided a fire start and wood for the fire pit, cute secluded set up! Also got a cupcake for my boyfriend upon request! Highly recommend for not just quality but location, it’s near everything in Nashua and surrounding areas.

    Rachel2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • LiLi's house was very comfortable and sparkling clean. It was charming and I felt very safe staying there. I would definitely recommend it for anyone heading to the Nashua, NH area. Thank you!!!

  • Great host. Good little place to stay for a few days. Would stay again.

    Jeremy2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Lili is incredibly communicative, available, and thoughtful throughout the process. She was more than willing to accommodate us in any way she could, including coming up with ideas to make the stay more romantic and comfortable. The location was close to downtown Nashua, some nice parks, and close enough for a day trip to Boston (approximately 1 hour with little to no traffic). We had a really great time staying in and going out around town. Thanks so much Lili!

    Sydney2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Super cute place, love the fireplace!

    Matthew2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • My canine traveling companion and I stayed at LiLi’s suite for two nights while attending an agility seminar in the area. Communication was great, check in a breeze, and the space equally adorable and beautiful, as well as sparkling clean. I wish we had time to enjoy the fireplace, and the yard would be lovely for warmer weather stays. I loved the whimsical and natural decor. Beautiful quilt, cozy blankets and robes, leaves on the wall, sun shining through the stained glass window in the morning, lighted stars hanging over the dining area, little candles and lanterns and colored string lights on the entry gate... The Hobbit House lives up to its name. Anyone who trains and competes in dog agility knows how much gear there is to lug back and forth and the beginning and end of long days, so I appreciated the extra little convinces that LiLi provided, like a set of bowls for my girl— one more item of ours that I could leave overnight in the training center! We’ve stayed at hotels in past years, but Fly and I both hope to come back to the Hobbit House the next time we are in Nashua for agility!

  • Very cozy place to stay in the cold winter and the host was very accommodating and welcoming.

    Dean2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay! It was bigger than we had expected, perfect for a weekend getaway or even longer. Super close and easy to get to pats peak and since we didn’t feel like cooking in the well appointed kitchen, there were many restaurants to choose from on the way home from the mountain.

    Marion2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nice quiet location but be ready for a bit rustic. Was not a big issue for me. Super clean space and nice use of a small area. Great for 1-3 people. Great communication by Deborah even with a small check in issue. No problems. Snacks were a nice touch. Hope to come back when I can see the area as I was in and out in the dark with daylight savings and my work hours. Would like to make use of listed hiking and biking in the area when there is more daylight! Hope to come back soon as I'm in the area on business frequently.

  • The Way Wicked Farm is a great space, cozy, clean and comfortable. Deborah was very hospitable, even leaving us English muffins for breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

  • What an adorable and perfect place! This barn had everything we needed and was in a cute town where we enjoyed the local coffee shop and rail trail. The bed was very comfortable, and we had reliable wifi and the kitchen was stocked with a small set of pots and pans that allowed us to prep our own food. We had plenty of towels and hot water in the shower. The land around the barn is beautiful, and we really enjoyed walking around and exploring the nearby creek. We ventured out to the mountains nearby and find an excellent hike too. The host was so friendly and responsive, and we had a truly wonderful stay!

Modern lines and minimalist decor highlighting the beautiful outdoors of New Hampshire make this room in a sometimes shared apartment feel like camping with all the amenities of an urban location. We have a 6 car driveway, a medium sized, fenced in yard for energetic pups and kids to run around in, and are only a half a mile from the down town strip. This room is one of two listings we have on AirBnB, both are part of an apartment above ours, and are available for simultaneous rentals if you PM
Our other listing is another bedroom in the same apartment. DM me for rental options for both units!
We are less than a mile from the downtown strep, the walk includes beautiful churches and parks. There are corner stores with basic amenities nearby, and a Bagel Cafe open until mid afternoon less than a block away

    Elizabeth2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • The room/bathroom/kitchen all are clean and amazingly spacious, bed is very cozy, it got a little cold the first night but my room had a portable heater, only took 10 minutes to warm up. There’s a tv with HDMI cable so if you bring a laptop you can watch Netflix. Location is great, less than a mile to downtown, bus stop less than a block away. There is a convenience store and asian market right around the corner, and a bagel shop for breakfast. Very quiet, only two rooms on the floor. Real good value for money! 5 stars stay and 5 stars host.

This apartment is huge. All rooms have an incredible amount of space for all sorts of activities. Lots of seating throughout the place.

The place itself is very spacious and cozy and she kindly offered to set up extra air mattresses ahead of time to accommodate our numbers -- this was especially lovely as we arrived so late at night! She was also very flexible to last-minute changes in plans, time frames, number of guests, which made the whole process on my end pretty relaxed and worry-free. Large, open room with exposed beams and rustic feel. Wonderful views of 15 acres and gentlemen's farm. The working fireplace adds another level of relaxation. Private bathroom and separate entrance. We have an array of animals and children so noise is a probability during the day (roughly 730am-9pm).
The suite has a comfortable and relaxed farmhouse feel. There is a queen bed and full pull-out sofa. The room has a working fireplace. Skylights make suite sunny and airy. Private bathroom with small walk in shower (no bath). A small eating area with coffee, water, microwave, mini fridge, and snacks help you to relax after travelling. There is a door between the suite and the kitchen of the main farmhouse, this door is kept locked. You will hear my family when we are in the kitchen! In the cooler months, suite is heated by a small heater. Although the heater works great, guests will notice the heater is not perfect. In the warmer months, a window unit AC is used to cool off the space. WiFi is easily accessed through phone/,computer settings. We are located in a rural area, so WiFi is not always predictable. My husband works from home so he is very diligent in keeping internet accessible. If you have questions or need help, text is best way to communicate!
Pepperell is a quaint New England town with so much to offer. The town itself has hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, antiquing, sky diving, and so much more! Within an hour of Boston, skiing, and beaching!

  • This is the quintessential New England country experience with the history and style for anyone planning to visit the region. Off the beaten path so it is quiet yet close enough to all the necessary conveniences. The apartment is clean and private. Cassie provides all the touches to make it welcoming, warm environment. The pets are friendly and lots of fun too!

  • This is such a sweet retreat in the New England countryside. Cassie, her son and all the wonderful animals we met added to our enjoyment. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. Plenty of amenities. We enjoyed dining in nearby Groton, Filho’s for dinner, Salt and Light for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  • The space is very cozy. On a cold rainy night the heater quickly heated up the suite. Everything was very clean. Bed was super comfortable and so was the couch. Nice to have flowers on the tables and a coffee maker. The shower was hot -- wonderful! and bathroom very clean. Decor is very nice. I loved it.

It's time for you to be tucked in bed! Your room is a spacious area with room to relax and watch TV from the recliner or bed! You have a small frig, microwave, coffee pot and a basket of goodies when you arrive! On occasion you may be asked if the bathroom can be shared only during sleeping hours!
We are in a smaller town right on the border of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. If you drive to the east...one hour you’r at the coast, the west 45 minutes and you are in quaint little towns that are surrounded by mountains to explore on the various hiking trails,to the south and on a good day in 45 minutes you’r in Boston, on a bad day with traffic it may take you an extra 20 minutes, and if you go north, the white mountains! But, if you are here at the house just a few steps are are hiking trails created by the Beaverbrook Assc.
  • I could write 5 pages of how incredible Joy and her family were! Do not hesitate if their place is available. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and I feel as though I have made new friends! Thank you!

  • Joys place is really a cosy nest, just what I was looking for! The bed and easy chair were so comfortable, and the jetted tub as well. Enjoyed the snacks and teas in the kitchenette area, which was well stocked with everything I needed. A sweetly set up place, and I will be back when I’m in the area, which is very close to Nashua. Thank you again!

Joy was friendly and hospitable and helped me check in without any problems. She is an AMAZING host. Helped me with the things I needed. Everything in the room was nicely arranged and spic and span. A no-frills, non-luxury attic room for the budget conscious professional. Simple bedroom with a twin bed, desk, and shelf (no closet). There's also a window A/C during the warmer months. This is on the third floor of a beautiful Victorian, walking distance to the restaurants and bars on Elm street. Best for quiet professionals and students. Please note - this is a bonus room of sorts. If you'd like a nice bed and decor I have other rooms.
Though the house was built in 1910, it's also equipped with the fastest WiFi available in Manchester (and fastest modem/router combo)! Xbox, Roku, and Chromecast also. It's on the edge of Manchester's North End, nice places to jog through the old mill houses, and close enough to walk to Elm Street (where the restaurants and bars are). Quiet street, nice neighbors.
Manchester is an up and coming town, not yet manicured but with some really nice highlights. My street is on the edge of the North End, which means it's relatively affordable (a couple blocks up you see mansions) but still really close to the bars and restaurants (a couple blocks South). It's safe to walk to Elm street or jog up to Livingston Park. It has easy access to the local hospitals and universities (MCPHS, Franklin Pierce, SNHU, and UNH).
  • Great people in a really nice location. Would recommend.

  • Overall the place was very clean and organized. Scott was accommodating to my late arrival from the snow storm, and getting to chat with the other airbnbers was also very nice. The only hiccup I encountered was how to open the door during check-in, but I was able to figure it out. The room was accurate in description and my expectations were met.

    Iliana2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • The room is on the third floor. It is an "attic room" as described, and very basic. The bed was comfortable and the accommodations were interesting (in a good way). The rest of the house is nice, certainly all made for a great adventure week in Manchester.

Beautiful, private campsite situated on 1,800' of *SPECTACULAR* riverfront property for you to enjoy! The Snug Life is located on our 52-acre Certified Family Forest, right on the Souhegan River. The 10'x12' canvas tent comes with a queen-size bunk bed & 2 air mattresses, and a wood stove for the colder months. We are dog-friendly & look forward to sharing the Snug Life experience with you. The snuggle is real... What is the Snug Life? Find out on the usual social medias: @snuglifecamping
Enjoy the solitude and sound of the river rushing by! It's your very own private riverfront campsite. The 12'x10' canvas tent is set up with a bunk bed containing 2 Queen-sized air mattresses, 2 storage end-tables and a wood-burning stove - the Souhegan River is your front yard. There's a tote full of classic games and an additional privacy tent for the solar shower stowed under the bed, some cookware and cooking utensils are also included, and if you decide to bring your dog(s) along: a repositionable tie-out cable and stake for your pupper's safety, along with biodegradable bear-sized doggy-poop bags. Just scoop it up, tie it up & throw it in the trash can (we also provide the trash bags)... Outdoors you'll find a fire pit with removable cooking grill grates, a picnic table with benches and a prep-station with an attached bottle-opener and a box for outdoor food storage.* There's a single-person privacy tent set back about 15’ from the tent itself containing the camp-loo, toilet paper and sani-bags. The sani-bags are landfill friendly and biodegradable. They contain non-toxic natural enzymes that trap and break down solid waste, and are proven to be a 99.99% effective barrier against the spread of harmful diseases like E.coli, C.diff, and MRSA. Line the loo with one, and when your business is done, tie it up and discard it in the trash can located outside, next to the deck. *It's never a good idea to store food inside your tent when you camp. :-) Upon arrival you'll find a garden cart or an oversize wheelbarrow (or both-depending on the season) to help transport your gear to the site, and a 5-gallon container of potable water. It is a hike to the campsite (about 0.2 miles from parking, but totally worth the effort to get there), so pack accordingly. We’ve also found that it’s usually very wet at the lowest point of the trail - so boots are a must. **THIS IS CAMPING** There is no electricity at the campsite. We do not provide you with running water (aside from the rushing river and the potable water). We do not provide face-cloths, towels or toiletries. We also do not provide bedding; however, we do keep two (2) very thick wool blankets at the site to put down on top of the air mattress(es) underneath your bedding to help take the edge off the cold and provide you with a layer of comfort. The tent is not insulated. This means it will get chilly or cold during winter and cooler months. It does have a wood-burning stove for heat; it will likely get smoky inside the tent before a fire is well-enough established to create a draw up the chimney pipe. It should disperse once everything starts to warm up. A small number of pots, pans and cooking utensils are kept at the site for your use, but we do not supply cups, plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc., unless specifically requested in advance. Additionally, if you use any of the pots, pans or utensils, please either wash them OR return them to the main house when you check out, so we can wash them and return them to the campsite. Above all, we want you to enjoy your experience. For this reason, we are working very hard to set appropriate expectations. Camping can be challenging and downright hard in the winter, but also incredibly enjoyable and rewarding when well-prepared. We welcome any and all feedback and will continuously work to ensure your Snug Life experience is one to remember fondly.
Located on the eastern boarder of the Monadnock Region, Wilton, NH is a beautiful town with a strong local community. There are amazing restaurants that sell and produce locally sourced food, Farmers Markets, country stores and historical landmarks to name a few. There is so much to see, visit, and do in Wilton, NH. It is a great place to be year round. Just forty minutes outside of Manchester, and just over an hour from Boston. You'll be close to everything, but feel like you're in another world. Lots of local waterfalls, and a surprising amount of culture in our small town.
  • Everything went smoothly and location was nice and scenic. Thank you.

  • Definitely bang for the buck. Bring fire starter wood, you’ll need it to start the bonfire. You’ll also need pillows and comforters. Keep the inside wood stove going all night to keep yourself warm. Absolutely loved it. It was a great unique experience.

    Akhil2019-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend had never been camping before, and I hadn't been camping since high school. This location was great for our situation! It's a small hike downhill on the way to the campsite. They provide a cart to carry things, but be careful as the trail gets steep in some spots. The actual site itself was really nice. The tent was comfortable, and the supplies were well equipped. The host was super friendly on the phone when I had a quick question. It was a great experience overall!

    Bianca2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place is an absolute gem! The tent is very cozy and the location right on the river is just spectacular. Also nice to have the dogs roam free seeing there isn’t anyone else around. Will be staying there again.

    Erika2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • We booked this sight for our engagement photo session and the pictures came out amazing!!! The tent was great because we used it to set up, change our wardrobes and since it was a little chili we had the option of using the stove in the tent to keep warm. The site is about 8 minutes from where you park and the way down is easier then when you go up but the site it amazing and the view is amazing!

This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The bedspread is washed between guests to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean.
The door has keyless entry so late check-ins are no problems. The key code is changed between guest and messaged to you on your day of arrival. Hosts live on-site so problem resolution is quick and easy, but the suite is so private that interaction with the host is only as desired by you. We love this city and are happy to provide recommendations on restaurants and things to do. There are multiple spaces in this large suite allowing for flexible use; a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, a workspace with a desk and padded chair, and a four-person dining table and chairs. You control the air conditioning and heat of the suite through independent thermostats. This provides you with the freedom to create the perfect temperature. The 32 inch, smart TV allows you to use your personal Hulu and Netflix account or watch the local channels with the antenna. There is no cable. The suite is in a safe part of town and is convenient to major highways, the Manchester-Boston airport, hospitals, Derryfield Country Club(public golfing), and all of the entertainment and dining options of downtown. There are sidewalks straight into downtown from the suite and restaurants start before you get to town. If you prefer to ride, Hanover Hill is a high Uber activity area, so you never have to wait more than five minutes. Also, there are lots of meal delivery options for those nights when you just want to stay in and have someone else cook for you. .8 miles to Hannaford grocery store .5 miles to Elliot Hospital and 1.6 miles to Catholic Medical Center 1 mile to the restaurants and bars of Elm Street 1.3 miles to SNHU Arena 1.3 miles from Deka Research and Development 1.6 miles from University of New Hampshire Manchester Under 2 miles to Interstate 93 and Highway 101 4.2 miles to MHT airport and 48 miles to Logan International Airport On the bus route
The suite is located in the back of a white ranch built in 1956 for a doctor and his family. It is located at the top of Hanover Hill in an established residential area. There are several churches and convenience stores within walking distance. The two-lane street where the house is located is busy during the day because it is one of the main streets heading into town, but quiet at night.

I stay at the Econo Lodge and La Quinta during this same visit but I would have rather been at Kate's. The personal touches were very meaningful and appreciated! Thank you Kate!

  • Laura's apartment was the perfect place to stay the night before a day of skiing at Crotched Mountain. She was there to greet us when we got there and show us how everything worked, gave us great tips on local places to eat, and the space decorated in a lovely and cozy fashion. I would definitely stay again!

Lilac Hill offers a comfortable, one-floor house on a hill with the privacy of a secret garden and abutting conservation land but only a 15-minute walk to Peterborough town center, whose amenities include restaurants, antiques & other shops, movie theater, bookstore, and more. Plentiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including open kitchen/dining room/living room with working fireplace. Large extra room with ping-pong table and third full bath. Private patio. Level 2 EV charger on premises.
Plenty of board games available when you get tired of ping-pong and the well-used foosball table. Property abuts conservation land with hiking trails accessible from nearby streets. Easy access to local arts, culture, and galleries. Varied live music offered locally multiple nights a week in Peterborough. Please note: A dog lives in the house on the weekends.
Brief walk around the corner to lovely meadow/conservation area with trails and brook. Short walk to downtown Peterborough, which has everything you could need, from excellent restaurants, cute shops, first-run movie theater, pubs, galleries, and more.
  • The Lilac House was a lovely place to stay; comfortable, clean, and a great location. Rickie communicated quickly, and made accommodations for a change in the number of guests without any difficulty. I highly recommend this house if you’re staying in Peterborough. I’ll definitely return in warmer weather to enjoy the deck and hiking trails nearby.

Welcome to The Porch! Ready for a mini vacation, or just a place to hang out at, or work from? You are most welcome here! . This cozy cabin is very flexible and user friendly! It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person rentals. The upstairs is fully available if your group is more than two. This building is in the backyard of our home, which you can see listed on our Airbnb site, Other info is listed there also! Info book is in room!
You will find the place has plenty of peace and quite. A large yard, a long driveway, and a huge packing lot, and an additional driveway almost to your door. The entire building is yours, and it has a key pad door lock for easy entry. Solar light brighten your way! While you are at our place, you are only 20 minutes from Mt. Monadnock, the most climbed Mt. in the USA. Also, plenty of other hiking and great views, small villages. 1.5 Hours to the beach, 2.5 hrs. to the White Mountains, 1.5 hrs to Boston.
Our neighborhood is made up a mostly friends! They are good people and you can feel very safe to take walks. There is a gravel country road with little traffic across the road from our driveway if you prefer that. Our little village of New Ipswich, is about 2 miles away. There is great pizza, a good cafe, coffee, a gas station, but not too much else! Just peace and quite! With a car there is so much to be seen and explored. We have a book in your room that will explain in detail more of these things. As I noted in the space section, you are close to lots of outdoor activities and sight seeing. You will get more information in the booklet that will be in your room, or by asking your host!
  • The "Porch" is super cozy. Well heated, comfy bed, nice bathroom, space to make coffee, or prep sandwiches for the day. Even though there's not a full kitchen, it was more than enough space for us to do what we needed. And the basics (coffee, granola bars, hot chocolate) were provided. Easy access to New Ipswich, Peterborough (where we check out a cool brewery) and Mt Monadnock. Generally a really sweet spot. John was quick with communication and very friendly. We didn't end up meeting in person, but it felt like if we'd needed anything he would have been quick to respond.

  • Amazing! very thoughtful and an experienced host!

  • Beautiful setting, clean and quiet.

    Ken2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • The Porch is a super cute and cozy spot. We loved our stay there. It’s basically a tiny house and it was very well thought out and designed. There’s lots of thoughtful touches like coat hooks, shelves, nooks for storage, and a good number of outlets. Everything is super clean and the place looks modern and pretty. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi is good enough for streaming. I love the rocking chairs and Christmas lights on the porch, though it was too cold for us to really enjoy them. The stars at night are beautiful and I could see myself hanging out on the porch in milder weather just star gazing. Be aware that the little house is quite close to the main house, which has its pros and cons. Being close means John can lend a helping hand if it’s every needed and you feel very safe. On the flip side, if you were looking for a bit more solitude, then it’s not the most ideal. However, you can’t really hear anything when you’re in the house and neither can they so it’s quite peaceful. There’s great hiking close by and good restaurants too. If you’re vegetarian, I recommend checking out the town of Peterborough. Be aware that there is only a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven in the unit. You can definitely make a little food with that if you get creative, but if you wanted a full kitchen then this is not the right place. We brought snacks like fruit and crackers and we were just fine. The hosts provide coffee, tea, popcorn, and other snacks and amenities. There’s not a lot of counter space. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. John is very welcoming and it’s clear they take good care of their properties. I recommend this spot any time of year.

We provide a comfortable space to call home, for 1 night, 1 month or even longer! We've tried to create a home that's warm and inviting, yet free of clutter. If you want to be walking distance to downtown Milford or within an hour of hiking, this is the spot for you! My husband occasionally travels for work so we prefer only female guests use the instant booking feature. However, we welcome all requests, as our preferences are dependent on whether or not he'll be here!
The guest suite includes a private bedroom and bathroom. Guests will enjoy a queen bed with ample storage space underneath, and a large armoire for clothing and other personal items. There's another small closet for books, toiletries, or whatever one might need to store. The bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub and ample shelving. We've recently added a television with Netflix and Prime included. Our home is filled with sunlight from the moment the sun rises until it sets. We have created a bright and airy atmosphere for our guests and ourselves to enjoy. The house is minutes from downtown Milford (or "the oval" as we locals call it). You can drive there in two minutes or walk there in 10. We have a great yard and patio, to be enjoyed by guests in the warmer months, and we're less than an hour to Mount Monadnock, if you're looking for a great hike!
This is a safe, walkable, friendly neighborhood. The homes are beautiful, and downtown Milford offers a true New England feel! You can enjoy a peaceful stroll through the neighborhood, or head to the oval for a meal or some shopping at a variety of locally owned stores. If you enjoy shopping for antiques or home decor, Milford has plenty of options!
  • A homey, welcoming clean and inviting home

  • If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. This was my first extended stay and it exceeded all expectations. Erin and Francis were amazing hosts. They were such a delight to be around and always up for a small conversation. However, if I ever wanted privacy they would give that to me for however long I wanted it. The room and bathroom were so clean when I arrived and the space was perfect for what I needed. I would recommend this Air Bnb to my friends and family that is how much I enjoyed my stay!

    Allison2019-05-11T00:00:00Z
  • Erin went above and beyond to help us. My best AirBnb experience till date. Thank you so much for having us.

  • I had a wonderful experience staying with Erin and her family for 12 weeks. The space is just as advertised: bright and airy and with plenty of storage and the entire home is very comfortable and clean. It's located in a quaint neighborhood and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and cafes. Erin was an incredible host and her and her family were so welcoming and generous in sharing their beautiful home. I highly recommend staying with Erin whether it is for a short or long-term stay!

    Jillian2018-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Erin’s home is so beautiful and the room is cozy and comfortable! Such a gorgeous space with a patio outside in a nice quiet neighborhood. Erin made sure we had everything we needed! She has two friendly cats whose cuddles were the highlight of our stay!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in an 1850 farmhouse in beautiful Peterborough. The room is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and seating area with private bath. Coffee and tea service, as well as an in-room refrigerator/freezer give you many of the comforts of home. The private entrance leads to a small patio with seating area in a shade garden. Conveniently located just two miles from the heart of town where you'll find galleries, antique shops, yoga studios, live music, pubs, and more!
This property was originally a sheep farm, which is typical of southern NH. The house has an attached barn, adjoined by two smaller buildings that were originally used to store farm equipment. Attached barns are unique to a specific region of southern Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and northern Massachusetts. All of the buildings except for the barn have been updated for the comforts of modern living. We are actively working to restore the house and landscape, which in recent years had been neglected. We're happy to give you a tour of our projects and welcome your questions! All structures on the property are old frame timber. To protect against the risk of fire, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking anywhere on the premises. Use of open flames is prohibited. Vaping products are also not allowed. Thank you for observing these rules during your stay and helping us to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for future guests!
The house is the oldest building on this short stretch of road north of the hospital. Directly across the street is a wooded lot with maple and pine trees, which lends a feeling of rural quiet and fall color. Not far from the house, you can find the Contoocook River and a boat launch to the north, and Sheiling State Forest to the south. We have easy access to NH-Rte. 202, so you'll have no trouble getting out to explore the region!
  • Jan's place is clean, comfortable, and quaint. Located close to the hospital (the reason for my visit) and close to downtown restaurants and shops. If I return to the area, I will certainly stay here again.

    Erica E.2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • The room was small and tidy, exactly what we needed and the perfect amount of space. It was extremely clean and everything was as amazing as expected!

  • Jan's suite is the PERFECT spot for a weekend getaway. Its located just outside the lovely town of Peterborough, NH which has tasty restaurants with good brews and live music, a beautiful river walk, and fun shops, including the sweetest new&used bookstore. Its also a hop-skip-jump from Mount Monadnock - a gorgeous hike in all seasons. The suite itself is so comfortable and cozy, with lots of stylish and thoughtful touches. It's a quiet, private, and super clean space with plenty of room to relax, making in the perfect homebase for great New England adventures. Jan was even kind enough to provide coffee and tea, which made the morning even better. Can't say enough good things - stay here!!

    Emma2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean. A cozy space with a lot of thoughtful touches. Tea, coffee, water are available along with extra blankets and towels. It is a very cozy space! Highly recommend!

  • Highly recommend. It's a really charming and cozy hideaway with lots of privacy, just what we were looking for. Jan is a terrific host, she even accommodated our need for some extra space to fit a pack-and-play crib for our infant. The bed was super comfy. This is definitely better than a hotel room stay.
