This is an incredibly charming spot! The loft is spacious and the amenities are very nice. The bed is incredible! It was a real pleasure staying here and will keep it on my list to return to. It is very close and convenient to the city but nicely situated in the countryside. And above all Barry and Jen are great hosts and lovely people. Thank you guys for having us!

This place was beautiful. Our stay could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. Just a quick drive from Burlington (and they didn't mention it was a GORGEOUS drive!). Our hosts were gracious and the homemade granola and yogurt were to die for. If you are looking to vacation in Vermont, or are just passing through, this is a must-stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's the best of both worlds - barn feel (even have chickens running around) with modern and comfortable furnishings. We appreciated the small things they did, like provide us with Apple TV, coffee for relaxing mornings, and yogurt with homemade granola. While there wasn't too much in Hinesburg, we were close enough to Burlington and were able to go there for great dinners and to check out the town. We would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely and serene stay! I wish I could have stayed longer. The place was well appointed and very clean. The gardens/grounds were beautiful. The granola and yogurt was a very nice and welcome touch. Highly recommended!

Barry's barn loft is just beautiful -- exquisitely decorated with a tonne of character. It's in a super peaceful and quiet location, with a surrounding pond, a chicken coop... what a wonderful place to relax. Wish we'd had more than one night to enjoy it. Thanks for having us Barry!

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, attractively set in a pretty garden. We had very little contact with the hosts. As there are no amenities within walking distance, it's necessary to drive at all times. There is some traffic noise especially from early morning,

The barn loft was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy and had all the comforts of home. When we first arrived, Berry was very welcoming and showed us up to our barn loft. Their property is so peaceful. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and watching the chickens outside the window.

Margarette and George made our all-too-short stay a memorable one. Our accommodations were both comfortable and spacious. The house is half a block from a remarkable little beach on Lake Champlain and I only wish we were there when the weather was warm enough for swimming. We spent one day on an exploration of Burlington, a remarkable town, and another exploring the Lake Champlain islands to the north. We are enjoying the Vermont apples we bought at the orchards there. Margaret made plenty of information on local sites available and gave us a great recommendation for a special occasion dinner. Thanks to them, our fall visit to Vermont was a great success.

I was in the Burlington area to drop my daughter off at St. Michael's College. This Airbnb was convenient to both Burlington and Colchester. I loved the fact that the home was in a quiet, residential area, with private beach access. The front screened porch, the upstairs sitting room, and the back deck were great gathering areas. The snacks, homemade baked goodies, coffe, and fruit were much appreciated. Any questions I had before our arrival were promptly answered. Margarette was helpful and kind. I'll be back in a few weeks to Pstents' Weekend st St. Mike's.

Margarette and her husband are very welcoming, great hosts and the suite we have rented machted totally the description and the pictures. They also have a friendly, lovely, and quiet dog. Everything was clean, of high quality and really cozy. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee/tea maker, the fridge as well as the microwave and the Netflix. WLAN worked perfectly. The fridge was stocked with lots of different sodas, water, orange juice and much more. There were fresh fruit, rolls, muffins... so we had a really delicious breakfast. We took the bikes and went for a ride along the lakeshore, which was just great. Moreover, we could do our laundry (thank you very much again!) and we had the chance to go swimming and enjoyed the wonderful private beach (beach towels were provided as well). We would have loved to stay longer and we definitely recommend the Karson's outstanding place!

Great time, great host, great place. Nice breakfast foods available. Wonderful towels. Perfect for vacation. Short walk to private beach. Quick trip to downtown Burlington. Margarette and her family were very welcoming. I was able to bring my dog and they were happy to watch her when we went out. All in all a great experience.

Our hosts, Margrettte and George, were wonderful. They use the upstairs of their very comfortable and welcoming home as their B&B and it is roomy, very well kept and stocked with coffee, beverages and munchies (my daughter and I ate almost a whole glass container of chocolate chip cookies). It has a great master bedroom, a very comfortable sitting room, 1 1/2 bath and a room with two twin beds. We had all the privacy we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful and at the end of the street is path that takes you to a beach on the lake. We had a great time and will definitely return! Five stars. Highly recommended.

Booked this comfortable 2nd floor unit for my mom and grandparents to stay in while they visited with me in Burlington. The home is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood, near downtown and the beach. It is clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms, a bath and a half, and a sitting area with tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Snacks, drinks, fruit, and breakfast items were provided and replenished daily. The hosts were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. This is an outstanding place to stay in a great location, and I am certain my family will book there again.

Our plans suddenly changed while staying in Vermont recently, and we decided to head to Burlington on somewhat short notice. What a lucky find this was! We had a wonderful time here with our dog, Vito. The guest space was private, peaceful and wonderfully stocked with refreshments. The hosts were extremely friendly and the location absolutely can't be beat (private beach at the end of the street with access to the bike/walking path into town)! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was great to back to Margarette and George's place. They were as gracious as ever and the weather could not have been more perfect. I always enjoy staying there and look forward to a return visit soon!

Unbelievably nice place in a upscale neighborhood. The best airbnb ever. Also, George prepared various snacks and drinks for us. George was a bit too honest to list this place as a "private room". It's more like renting the entire apartment with the separate bathrooms and entrance ways. A great airbnb with a great host! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Burlington.

This was a fabulous place to land! The House of Tang is one of the best Air Bnb spots ever! No detail was left unattended.

A marvelous location with truly splendid hosts! The suite is spacious and extremely inviting. Plus, the location is perfect! Just down the street is a wonderful overlook where we took great pics of Lake Champlain. From there, we headed down the hill on a great run along a wide bike path leading to the University of Vermont. We will definitely return again.

George & Linda were fabulous hosts. He was outside as we pulled in and gave us a great tour of the suite and the various amenities which was a very pleasant surprise. They provided us with a great list of things to see and do plus recommendations for food which were all spot on. He even encouraged us to make use of their outdoor patio which we did for dinner one night - beautiful view and very comfortable. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable - and that has been true for others as well since we perused their guestbook and saw even more stellar reviews. We'd highly recommend the House of Tang if you are in the Burlington, VT area!

George and Linda were very nice and helpful during our stay. The guest suite is entirely private and quite large - the pictures are very accurate! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with George and Linda again!

I would highly recommend George's Airbnb. They have everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. There is a huge screen with overhead projector for those who enjoy movies, and tv in general. Overall a very pleasant experience and comfortable stay. If we need to stay in Burlington again, we would stay here!

Linda's home is absolutely beautiful and everything was clean and very nice. She was very welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I can't wait to stay with her again!

We were welcomed into this beautiful carriage house with open arms. Linda was very flexible, allowing my daughter to join me last minute, and we used the house as our home while we visited UVM (college tour). It really is within walking distance of both UVM and Church Street. The facilities are ample and comfortable, and we could both stay with privacy. She even offered use of the washer and drier! The house is fabulous, as is her art which decorates the walls. The breakfast was yummy (fruit, yogurt, granola) as was the excellent coffee. I recommend this BnB without reservation. Oh and she let us play with her cute little dog--a plus for us.

Our stay at Linda's carriage house was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and felt larger than the pictures showed. We were greeted by Linda who provided us with suggestions for dining and activities, but were afforded privacy during our stay. The house is close to downtown so we could leave our car in the driveway and walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's and Mark's home. The House is extraordinary built and decorated with love and so was our apartment. We didn't miss anything. The House is surrounded by a beautiful garden. That impressed us as well as the Linda's artworks inside. Linda and Mark are very nice and open minded. They made our first trip to the USA very easy. What a great find! Linda was very welcoming when we arrived for our one night stay to see Joe Banamassa at the Flynn center. She even shared a little parking secret with us but I promised not to tell anyone. The digs were private and roomy and had many extras like coffee and granola with milk and juice! Fantastic location for visiting Church Street Marketplace and Lake Champlain

We had a great couple of days in Michael's apartment. The room in large, clean, and has a lovely view over Lake Champlain. The apartment is very centrally located, with everything you need within a short walk. Michael was a very friendly, kind and helpful host, and was full of great suggestions for places to eat and drink, and things to do, in Burlington and beyond. Would certainly recommend his place.

Michael was a great host. We ended up arriving a little late, and Michael was available to greet us at the apartment. The room is a great size with plenty of light. The bed is super comfortable! The location is the best you could ask for - short walking distance to every main attraction in downtown Burlington. Michael had plenty of town information of places to eat, things to do and see. Great views from the apartment. We ended up parking in the garage for our time there, quick and easy!

Michael was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We were in and out of the apartment all day, and he was very accommodating. The apartment is in a perfect location in downtown Burlington with everything you need nearby. The apartment itself was super clean, cute, and homey with a very comfortable bed! Great place right in downtown Burlington and withing walking distance of everything including Church Street Market Place. Clean, tidy, and well organized. Upstairs guest room has a view of the lake. Michael does a great job keeping up with his place. Definitely recommend if you want to be right downtown.

Michael had an amazing place that is cleanlier, classier and more accessible than advertised. This beautifully kept apartment is truly a gem within Burlington. Michael was talkative and accommodating, I highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at Michael's place! The location is phenomenal -- two blocks away from Downtown Burlington district (Church Street) and very close to the waterfront as well. Right next door are a quaint coffee shop, some restaurants, and a couple of fun-stuff boutique shops. The place is uniquely set up and decorated with warmth, with a main common floor where the kitchen, dinning room, and sitting room are located, and two bedrooms upstairs. It's *somewhat* reminiscent of a Manhattan loft. There' s a futon and a double bed in the guest room, equipped with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV (I couldn't quite figure out whether there was cable), and wifi. Some things to be mindful about: 1) Weather in Burlington could be a little bit unpredictable and lack consistency, so if you're not traveling during the summer time, definitely bring an extra sweater or jacket. The apartment could get pretty cold during chillier days (only the landlord could get to the thermostat). 2) Remember to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's a CVS and Rite Aid several blocks away. 3) Bring a sleeping mask if you're like me and need to sleep in total darkness at night.

Our stay was perfect for 3 couples! Excellent location, very clean, and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again for a long weekend away!

Simply a remarkable spot to crash for a night or two. There was an abundance of amenities and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. It was perfect for our 3 hour bus ride up from Boston. We didn't get to meet Rolf, but communication was easy and he's really nice! He has taken great care in furnishing the space with unique art and well crafted tables. Can't wait to come back!

Great place! Very clean and well equipped. The beds were outrageously comfortable. Design of the place is perfect for Airbnb. We especially enjoyed NOT having a Tv. Proximity to downtown is great and watched a beautiful sunset from battery park. Loved all the natural light and the privacy of the unit. Would love to come back next year.

We didn't get to meet Jen and Mary during our weekend visit but everything was ready for us. The space was cozy, charming, and very clean. Their home is in a quiet residential area which is just over a mile walk from downtown Burlington. The bike trail is also lovely - lots of morning runners on the weekend despite the frigid temps.

I loved staying at Jen and Mary's place during a recent trip through Burlington. Their home is terrific, well located and with a beautiful backyard and glorious porches front and back. They were excellent hosts, lending me a bike (they're right on the bike path), suggesting places to go, and generally making me feel at home. I really enjoyed my time there. Their cat and baby are very cute (and neither disturbed me at all). I had a terrific experience and will definitely try and stay with them again next time.

The host greeted us when we arrived and gave recommendations for breakfast. The weird thing was that we were in the upstairs bedroom, next to the master bedroom (with the baby in it), and the bathroom was downstairs. I couldn't figure out why we weren't put in the downstairs bedroom, next to the bathroom, which would have given us all a bit more privacy. The house was clean, but not pristine (which is impossible, I understand). It was so ON the bike path and on a cute park, so that was nice.

This was wonderful. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time in and around the house. Jen was so welcoming - beer on hand, umbrellas to protect from the downpour, and well wishes all around. Was a pleasure to feel our first fall chill on Sunday morning when we awoke in a lovely room!

Jen and Mary were lovely hosts. Getting to (and into) the house was a breeze! (Loved the keyless entry). We felt welcomed immediately, and the house was so snugly with a big wood stove burning. They have great maps and recommendations. We went during the icky part of the year, and I still want to go back! Burlington is a gem, and I would gladly stay with Jen, Mary, and Macy the cat again!

Jen made us feel very welcome and was so chill to hang out with. Clean, neat, comfy place to crash. Cool wooden stove, great cat.

Genevieve kindly helped in solving problem with my luggage. If I stay in different place my adventure cycling in Vermont will be probably ruined.

We had the best time with Genevieve in Burlington! She is a wonderful person and gave us a lot of great recommendations on what to do in and around Burlington. We felt really welcome from the moment we met her. The room is super cozy and nicely decorated. She also showed me some yoga postures to relax after I came back from a run. I highly recommend staying with her and her lovely cat "Jolly". I doubt that you can find a better host than Genevieve!

Genevieve was absolutely lovely! She was very kind and allowed us to bring our dog. And then, on top of that, she even babysat our dog so that we could go out for dinner! It was amazing! The house is charming and full of character. The cats are cute. The location is good; easy to walk everywhere. And Genevieve has so much knowledge about what's going on. I very highly recommend it! We had a great time :)

Genevieve gave me a warm welcome. Her house is comfortable and homey. The guest's room is compact, but perfectly fine for anyone using it as a temporary home base. There is ample on-street parking and a space in the driveway. The neighborhood is real Vermont - a mixture of people. Very quiet at night. We had a number of great conversations, but otherwise I was left to my own. There's one very savvy cat, which might be an issue for some, but wasn't for me - and I'm allergic to cat dander. There's a ready tea pot and tea bags/coffee available. The bathroom is a true claw foot antique. Again, very compact, but perfectly serviceable. I was able to walk to most of the things that interested me in Burlington and recommend this B&T (Bed and Tea!) to others.

Staying with Genevieve was great! She was a gracious host who made us feel right at home. Her place is very well situated to downtown and we had no trouble walking wherever we wanted to go in the city. We'd gladly stay here again!

Genevieve was an excellent host. She was responsive to questions and made us feel comfortable sharing her home for our short visit. The room was small, but perfect for a short visit. The offstreet parking and location are definitely added bonuses!

Brian and Mayte made us feel very welcome in their home. We had a number of interesting conversations with them throughout our visit. The space was spotlessly clean and well appointed with extra touches like additional bedding and towels. The neighborhood was quiet and well off the beaten track, which was nice in terms of privacy but not quite as convenient as a neighborhood closer to downtown Burlington. The daily breakfasts was a plus, and Brian was flexible in terms of timing.

Brian and his wife are great!!! Really one of the greatest hosts ever! Their place is very comfortable and prepared everything for us. They have two very cute dogs that are absolutely adorable. Will definitely visit again!

Brian and Mayte are a beautiful couple with a genuine love for people. They are interesting to talk with and extremely responsive to the needs of others. Their home is warm and welcoming. Brian is a wonderful cook and willingly shared his cooking expertise. They have two cute elderly dogs that they spoil and love and care for very well. We felt very comfortable in their home and would be happy to stay with them again. We wish them both Happy Holidays and a propersous 2017.

Brian's home is in a lovely residential area just north of Burlington (near Airport Park, the Burlington bike trail, and Mallett's Bay) -- a great spot for a Burlington area getaway. The rooms -- private bed and bathroom, mostly private living area -- were neat, clean, and cozy, and accessible via private entrance through the garage. (If we had any issue it was in regulating the temperature in the bedroom, but we worked it out.) Great if you value privacy; no less great if you prefer socializing. You could not find a lovelier host and hostess if you looked on e-Harmony. Very open, very helpful. I only wish we had more time to get to know them. Next time!

This location is private, quiet, and very peaceful. It's quieter than where I live! My hosts were accommodating, cheerful, concerned with my comfort and safety, and incredibly nice. They also make great coffee! The space is lovely, warm, relaxing and comfortable. I was very happy here and would stay here again in a minute.

Everything at the Ring Dang Doo was great - the room is large and the breakfast had many options. If you're going in the summer, the entire wall of windows will help the sun wake you up nice and early. Also, we had a nice drink on the house and great conversation with the hosts. Marilyn's home is exquisite! Located at the top of a hill, away from town, noise and surrounded by the beauty of the area. The view is absolutely incredible from the moment you pull into the driveway! Marilyn and her husband are wonderful, accomodating hosts who welcomed me and my dog into their beautiful home on an incredibly hot, humid day. The room is comfortable and well-appointed, the air conditioning was life-saving. I cannot wait to return to their home when I'm back in the area.

Marilyn and Mitch and their beautiful dog, Rousso, are fantastic hosts. Their place is truly a slice of paradise nestled within the Andirondacks. On the day of our arrival, they invited us to join them for some wine and cheese outside on the balcony which looks out onto the lake. We shared great conversations and truly enjoyed ourselves. It felt like we were visiting long time friends. The home itself is very clean, and Marilyn and Mitch have thought of everything to make guests feel like home. If you are thinking of booking, don't hesitate, just do it. You will not be disappointed. The whole "family" will greet you with open arms. I was welcomed in the driveway by Marilyn and Mitch as they were waiting on the front porch taking in the lights in the vast night sky. I arrived later than expected and they were extremely gracious. The "room with a view" is their downstairs private guest room so they basically open their home to you. It felt like visiting family; we sat down and introduced ourselves over a glass of wine. I loved meeting them both and sharing our stories. Fascinating people! I woke up as the sun was rising and stayed in bed watching the skyline transform from layers of purple, pink, orange and yellow until the sun was shining over Lake Champlain. The main living area has windows on the 3 outside walls and the view was spectacular. Coffee and breakfast and off for a morning hike in back of the house. I did not take their advice that I should have a compass; I got lost and amazingly had cell phone service in the woods. I called and they came up the trail and found me..That is truly above and beyond. I am very grateful for the whole experience...and YES..the bed was sooo comfortable and the bathroom was very nice too! An Adirondack find!

Marilyn and Mich were great...and so were their dogs! They were very pleasant hosts who knew a lot about the area. They were very willing to point us in the direction of food and activities. The house itself is gorgeous with a phenomenal view of Lake Champlain and Vermont on the other side. It's location is prime, as it's close to many trail heads, restaurants, and the ferry to Burlington, VT. The room was amazing. Comfortable mattress and sheets, well stocked with books, and was kept at the perfect sleeping temperature. The bathroom was equally as pleasant. As a bonus, the bathroom had high quality toiletries! Breakfast options were great, including many different cereals and granola mixes, bread, peanutbutter, jam, juice, and coffee! Definitely recommended!

Our stay with Marilyn was absolutely amazing! The house is stunning, both inside and out, the pictures don't do it justice! Marilyn happily welcomed us into her home and my girlfriend and I instantly felt comfortable with her and her husband. They were fun and helpful with everything we needed along the way, giving us great suggestions and advice on what to do and see. Their dogs add another great element to staying with them and are extremely friendly and obedient. I highly recommend staying here! There's some great places near-by, like Rattlesnake Mtn and the brewery and Whiteface, Lake Placid, etc are only a short drive away! Marilyn is also very quick to respond if you have questions or forget anything (oops! and thanks for mailing it back!). I cannot recommend this enough!

Staying with Marilyn and Mich felt like visiting some dear friends whom we hadn't seen for years. They were so welcoming and kind and made us feel at home. Their house is extremely comfortable, with every facility you could need. We watched the sun rise and spent the evening stargazing from their deck with such an incredible view over Lake Champlain. Marilyn and Mich were so helpful with suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants. We loved Ausable Chasm and the ferry to Vermont. We had a most enjoyable few days in Marilyn and Mich's home and would thoroughly recommend it.

My partner and I had a really amazing time visiting Marilyn and Mitch. First of all, their property is immense with a breathtaking view of the bay near Lake Champlain. We arrived alittle later than expected and they were really understanding and accommodating. They are both lovely people and they have two very enthusiastic dogs! We stayed for a few days just to unwind from our busy NYC lifestyle and we hiked Ausable Chasm, visited the Ausable Brewery, and ate delicious fresh food during our stay. It was the perfect getaway and I'd highly recommend them as hosts for anyone looking to spend some time in upstate NY!

While I only stayed one night at J's, I had a very nice stay and the accommodations were perfect. The space was super clean and new, and I even got upgraded to a larger room with a private bathroom. J also gave me a local newspaper and advice of things to do in the area, which was really nice.

I had no idea where to book in Burlington, but this turned out to be the perfect location. I could walk to Church Street and the waterfront with ease. J was a fantastic host and was patient through some AirBnb technical glitches that caused check-in confusion. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to or through Burlington.

Zoe (subbing in for July temporarily) was super friendly, on the ball and helpful and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. It was great to have such an enthusiastic, warm host to get the most out of all Burlington has to offer!

Nice room, nice house, nice hosts.

The listing description was accurate, the host responsive and the location good. But overall, I have been quite disappointed : I didn't feel welcome, the TV was too loud in the house so difficult to fall asleep, and some of the guests were forgetting to flush the toilets in the shared bathroom. The weather being bad on that week-end, I just decided to leave after just one night out of the two booked.

It was a really wonderful experience staying at J's house. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way to ensure I got to the house quickly and correctly. J is a person who exudes positive vibes. She is friendly, kind and generous, ensuring that I was comfortable by talking and getting to know me better when we met. J's listing is a treat! It was really clean, well-prepared, cosy and very hospitable. Everything was in well organized and she even provided some cool organic toiletries. Her cats were really friendly and is an added bonus to cat-lovers out there!

This place is super chic and with a dream bathroom! The hosts are very thoughtful; it's obvious that they have considered their guests every need. We had a wonderful time in Burlington!

Abbott and Arshard were great hosts. My wife and I were looking for a place that was close to Church Street in downtown Burlington and this was it. The place was VERY clean and our hosts were very helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Stay here. It is great if you want convenience to downtown.

If you are torn between a locations to stay in at Burlington, pick this one even if it is slightly more expensive than another. Couldn't find anything wrong with our stay.

Abbott's place was absolutely lovely. Both he and Arshad were great hosts and when we arrived after a lot of flight delays we were able to settle in immediately. The room was perfect for the two of us and complete with snacks and coffee. The entire place was very clean and comfortable, and extremely well located. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Abbott and Arshad gave us so many great recommendations for food and things to see, which made our weekend positively spectacular. Anyone coming to Burlington for a restful weekend away should definitely stay at Abbott's place.

Excellent accommodations right in downtown Burlington. Abbott and Arshad have created a beautiful home in a very convenient location. We were very comfortable in the clean, fresh and modern space and slept well on the comfortable bed and appreciated the quality sheets and towels! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend these hosts and home.

These guys were great - friendly, thoughtful and fun. They added little touches that made my stay very sweet. I was there for just one night but felt right at home and would definitely stay again.

This is hands down the best location you will find in Burlington. Seconds from the Waterfront, minutes from the Church St. Marketplace! An absolutely beautiful home (I want that bathroom, thanks) with a great guest room and comfy bed. Arshad was warm, inviting, and gave us plenty of suggestions on things to do. We had a great stay and if we ever visit again, I sure hope they're still accepting guests!

First the good: the location is awesome and there's an off street parking space. Unfortunately that's kind of where it ended for us. The place was in desperate need of a serious cleaning. The dishes were grimey and needed washed before using. There was an old dirty sponge and no paper towels which made it hard for cleaning. The shower needs a good bleaching. The sheets were ancient and the bed back breaking. When we took the bedding off at the end of our stay we were appalled by the mattress. Really scary stuff. Under the bed was beyond filthy. Really a shame because it could be a cute place with some tlc. My first air bnb experience that I wasn't 100% satisfied with.

Cute little apartment above owner's unit downstairs. Parking spot is a plus, pets allowed is a plus, walkability is a plus. Dre was super nice and accommodating. Wi-fi was spotty a couple of days, but Dre was quick to help and reset the router for us. As other reviews mentioned, the place is not glamorous, so I wouldn't expect a hotel for your stay. Just know that this is Old Burlington and the homes are pretty old and it feels like it. But if you're cool with that, then this is a great and convenient place to stay; good nightly rate, especially compared to the hotel rates, close to the medical center, close to the downtown area and charming Church Street. Thankful for the opportunity to stay here and walk around Burlington!

Dre's spot was in a great location, easy to access, and super cozy for winter in VT.

This is the sweetest possible little apartment in Burlington! Was perfect for my partner and I and out two friends for a day of leaf peeping.

Proximity to downtown, for the best value was key for our stay in Burlington. If you're looking for those things, then this place is perf! The stairs leading up to the apartment have an extreme angle, so I wouldn't suggest carrying any heavy luggage up them without risking your spinal cord. Initially, trying to leave the apartment, my friend and I struggled, the lock on the door was kind of tricky and we weren't able to open it, but we eventually got it after a few minutes. I would also suggest Ubering to the marketplace ($6-$10), you could also walk (about 15-20 mins), but it's not as well lit of an area after dark, and some of the humans looked slightly sketchy. Seriously a perfect location for the value though, we had a blast and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a great stay in Burlington! The location was great - very short walk to the middle of town or the lakefront. The apartment was small but worked great for our stay. No issues or complaints whatsoever. Great for the value - hotels in the city cost a ton and just don't seem necessary when you can have a little apartment with all the basics!

This is a great location for visiting UVM, and an easy walk to downtown. Cosy, and beds are comfortable. Draizy was very responsive. If my daughter ends up at UVM I'll stay here again!

Super easy to check in and out of this place (even when I was coming in at 4am!). The place was perfect for a weekend getaway, and Draizy was very communicative throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Draizy was very welcoming throughout the process. The studio was well furnished with necessities and some amenities. Also the house/neighborhood were very nice within a very short distance to downtown Burlington. My one issue with the house were the other guests/people using the other part of the house during our stay. We were unaware that there would be anyone else using the house during our stay and being unable to lock the door to our studio from the outside was a slight inconvenience. However, all in all it was a good stay and well worth it.

Draizy was super responsive to all of our questions and responds quickly. The apartment is very cute and has an electric fireplace to make it feel homey.. it is walking distance to church street which made us pick the location.

Studio easy to find accurate and complete information within the studio to visit the nearby grocery stores and major tourist points. Very clean! We even did not need to contact Draizy so everything was clear :) ps: The left bed is a true cloud !!! The right is also very comfortable for those who like the harder beds.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Draizy provided us with everything we needed to ensure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Our favorite part was how close it was to everything; being able to walk everywhere was awesome!

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Burlington, and Draizy's accommodations were perfect for us. The studio was exactly as described, and in a quiet neighborhood bordering the Champlain College campus. It was a short distance to the lake front and Church Street Marketplace. It was very clean and we had plenty of space. Draizy was easy to contact and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We will definitely be back to explore more of Burlington and would gladly stay in the studio again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The communication with Jack was great from the beginning, and included a reminder and specific directions closer to our visit. Once arriving, he showed us around and gave helpful tips for traveling the town (easily within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the lake). The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for two people. Overall, Jack was helpful and friendly and we would love to return for a longer stay.

A great place to stay close to downtown but far enough away to be in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very private and has everything you need to be comfortable. Jack and Sandra are terrific hosts! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful space, warm and cozy, Jack was a gracious and accommodating host. The bed was extremely comfortable. The extra comforter in the closet made it even cozier. Would come back and stay anytime. The location is an easy walk to Church Street. The Ben and Jerry's ice cream was a decadent extra touch. It was perfect!

Jack was very accommodating in our unexpected late arrival. The place is a little apartment above where him and his wife live. Cute porch to hang out on. He also supplied beer and Ben and Jerry ice cream!! Awesome location to the water and church street. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything.
