At the beginning it was surprise. Noone has waited for us. Via phone we have got instruction where could we find the keys. Basically the house was OK. Not the fresh renovated and up-to date style, but it was OK. It was comfortable for 4 ( noone has slept in living room, because it has 2 separated bedrooms) . After than we have learned to use the house it was OK, perfect. The views from terrace is fantastic. Really. The beach is 10 min by foot. It is easy walk to the beach , but the reverse way is tining ( hundreds of steps!) In the house You could find everything what You need ( dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, You have chance to eat on the terrace which is wonderful at all time ( except: weather is breeze). Evenif I never met with Vedran, I could contact with him via sms at all time. He was ind and helpful. If You are not adrenalin -addict, You could find a quiet small village with a nice "natural" beach. Sun and seaside ( pebble or rocky) are provided. If You want more, with a 10-15 min driving You could get Novi Vinodolski or Crikvenica, where You could find a lots of sea-based activities. Please read the house rules well, and follow it!

Jadranka was not present at our arrival, anyway he gave us all information to find the keys to enter. Apartment was duly cleaned, the sight from the terrace is wonderful. The area is very quiet.

It was an over all great expericence! The family is great and very, very friendly ! They gave us many good advice to explore the area! Also for families with children it is a Great Place to stay! Our Child had the Chance to Play with their children, so we had the Chance to relax a little! We had great conversations! The appartment was One of the nicest we had on our journey through Croatia !very clean.... Fully epuipped with all you need! And the view from the huge balcony is absolut fantastic! Also the location of klenovica is perfect to do daytrips all around the area, the islands and plitvica lakes....We thank the family very much for their hospitality and great time we had!!!

Our stay was fine, the view from the terrace is beautiful and our hosts were lovely and took time to talk with us and we even brought some dishes cooked by their care. The small problem is the presence of the main road below the house and the obligation to take the car constantly to move, go to the beach, etc. (Because of the highway)

On our day of arrival communication was easy and instant and we were given a warm and friendly welcome. We also received useful information about what to see and do in the area. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean, with spacious living room/kitchen and very well equipped kitchen. The sea view from the balcony was stunning... WOW! Whenever we had a question or a problem we could always come downstairs and had many nice chats with Mirela. Thanks for making us feel at home in your apartment! We met Rose, Siniša mother, when we arrived in this beautiful appartement. She gave us such a heartwarming welcome - it was like coming home after a long journey. The appartement was very spacious, clean an modern but the seaview from the balcony was breathtaking! We could sit there for hours watching the sea and the sun going down. The beach was just a few minutes away by car and you can find very nice spots for a swim all over the near coast. We really recommend this place very much.

FANTASTIC !! For our holiday in the apartment Siniša, for 2 weeks, to summarize. Siniša, along with his sister and mother, have us very warmly received. They have made us more excellent for our purposes. With a local snack and drink at reception, herbs from the garden, a kind pancakes from their mother, sitting cosily together (with other guests) on their terrace. Hospitality at its best. But above all their loving, warm and open attitude to us and to other guests was very enjoyable. Also Siniša and his sister were always interested in our experiences and give you tips for visiting tourist spots. The national park "Plitvice Lakes" is a must! And then the apartment. The view from the balcony is indeed indescribably beautiful. Of these, we enjoyed every day. The space in the apartment is nice for 4 people. The kitchen / living room and bathroom, with modern equipment were ideal! Think of an air conditioning (with all settings), an oven, a washing machine (with extensive programs and opportunities), a flat screen TV and a large refrigerator with two freezer drawers. A 2-person room with wonderful beds. After a week you get clean linen. And anyway, everything was very clean. In short, this apartment in this beautiful location with welcoming host (s) is a must! Finally, the surrounding area. The town Klenovica itself is very quiet, which also has its advantages. There is a bakery with delicious fresh breads, and a supermarket. And a few nice restaurants. Just 10 minutes away is the town of Novi Vinodolski, where you can buy well. And there's some more 'life' and street vending. What further is Crikvenica, which provide more weather has. The use of a car, is ideally / necessary. And the main road along the coast is fine paved and directly accessible from the apartment. The traffic noise is limited due to planting and homes along the way. And everywhere you can swim in the Adriatic, directly 'at your door. " Finally, Rijeka is a really big city, complete with (Fashion) mall, in the Tower Center. Also very nice for a day of shopping. As I said: "We have had a world vacation!"

We really enjoyed our stay in Klenovica. Bozena was a very nice and helpful host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the big terrace with the sea view and Bozena’s beautiful garden. Barbecue was also available. The apartment was few minutes from the beach. Klenovica is a very small and guiet place (but quite windy), perfect to rest and relax. Great location for trips to Plivice Lakes, Crikvenica, Rijeka.

Simply perfect, the view from the balcony is the best you can get! Bozena is a great host! Easy to reach en makes a great cake! If we ever get back in this region we would certainly stop at bozena's place!

The house is exactly as in the description. It lies at the end of a road, so it is very quiet and there is no traffic. There is a large terrace with a stone barbecue and large table with bench. The barbecue we have used several times and there is a grill inside. Outside the kitchen is also a covered table with chairs. From the terrace you look out to sea, right there is a green hill with a church which rings the time on a regular basis. Easy walk in 4 minutes to the sea and to the grocery store / restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped. WiFi works flawlessly and quickly. We had the bedroom on the first floor, which is directed to the sea. Parking is free outside the house does. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Toni has responded very quickly to any request before arrival and left no questions unanswered. Many Thanks.

We liked it very good, everything was there that we needed. The apartment was as described. The terrace so we did not enjoy (breakfast only once outside) as we had caught a week with a lot of wind. The house is very quiet. Toni has always the same answer questions and given support.

I'm very satisfied! The communication beforehand was great when we arrived was his aunt (who lives next door) at the door and made us feel very welcome. The house is very quiet in the small town and it is fast on the beach. In the house everything is there what you need and it's clean. Highly Recommended!
