We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished with all necessary amenities. Host paid lot of attention to the detail to make sure that our stay was very comfortable. The Apartment is located in a prime area but it is surprisingly very quite. It was true home away from home feeling!

The house is very big & spacious and the locality is fantastic aswell. Vijay and his wife are an awesome host. The caretaker - Swamy is a very cheerful and helpful person. My family enjoyed the stay and will surely recommend this property to anyone who chooses to visit Hyderabad

Vijay was extremely helpful from before our arrival till we left. He was prompt in answering any questions we had. We arrived in India during the start of the demonetisation and were stuck without cash. Vijay was kind enough to help us arrange some quick cash to get moving and gave some helpful tips for our stay. The apartment was as described and could easily fit 10 people. Swami the caretaker was always available and helpful. Bread, milk and coffee was provided so we could make our own. We ordered some eggs and made them to our preference. Breakfast that Swami bought for us was also delicious. Wifi was great and super fast. The apartment is centrally located and has easy access to many places. We'd definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hyderabad. A special thanks to Vijay for helping us with the money issues, definitely a Super Host :)

Vijay is a great host. He goes extra mile to make sure his guests are taken care. He even arranged complementary car. Apartment is clean. He had snacks, water and toiletries stocked to get you going (though some of the snacks were expired!). All in all had a great time.

The apartment is off a convenient road in a central location in Hyderabad. It has a parking garage underneath and an elevator and stairs both so it's very convenient. The hosts are extremely helpful and gracious. Checked in to see if we were ok, etc. They have a lovely stocked kitchen with a cookstove, microwave, fridge, etc. Super easy to cook and eat there. The only thing is that inside the cupboards it's extremely dirty. Empty cupboards with just dirt and old food and stuff in them. Didn't use them of course but just felt kind of weird that they were filthy. Three bedrooms - one was a king which my parents slept in. I slept in a queen and our friends slept in the twins. All had private bath but the twins was in the hall outside the bedroom. Good, strong wi-fi and a living room with sparse furniture and tv. They provided bottled drinking water and that was so nice since we were five and used alot of water for drinking and cooking. I can't speak for the other bedrooms but my bed was quite hard (not uncommon in India) so I woke with a backache every morning and there was hair in my bed which just gets the whole visit off to a bad start. I used some linens that I brought along with me instead and it was fine but even my floors were a bit dirty. But there were no bugs although there were mosquitoes as the bathroom windows are not screened. Overall, it's a very nice property. The dining room is situated in a strange place in relation to the kitchen but that's a design feature that really can't be changed. We ended up eating in the living room which was closer to the kitchen. There was a washing machine there with line drying on the balcony. That was such a wonderful feature after hand washing clothes up until then during our trip. They provided so much in the way of amenities. Above and beyond. So I would definitely recommend this apartment. Maybe just check housekeeping and ask for changes if it's not quite as expected.

Everything within this house has been more than what we expected. Everything went on perfectly. And house owner is very helpful during our stay. The four of us had a great feeling of being home but not been abroad. Super luxury bedrooms with independent showering system. Most wonderful experience during our trip in India. Tks again to Vijay. Will surely come back again.

The welcome from Vijay was amazing. His communication was excellent and I loved the flat. Its very clean and tidy. It can easily accommodate 10 people. Vijay has provided extra beds. A care taker will help you with anything. Excellent host.

1.no wifi thru out the stay. 2.low water pressure, need bucket to shower 3.cleaner did not make up the place daily as he/she did not have house key. Upon our return, we found the rooms not cleaned. Later, caretaker was called upon for basic housekeeping. 4.cable tv on in local language 1 English news channel 5. serves 3 towels only for 4 guest? and no new replacement daily. 7.place is clean .

Suits for longterm stay if you have friends and family live in nearby locations. Property is clean and WiFi have been consistently good during our stay. A little bit noisy though in the early mornings.

It was a pleasant stay at SenSage Homes. The place is centrally located, so no issues finding this place and moving around the city from this place is very easy. The place was exactly as described, the rooms were big and clean and a kitchen with basic utensils made our stay more comfortable which ensured tea any time. Overall I am satisfied with my stay at SenSage Homes.

Our stay in Hyderabad was fantastic and the host was extremely friendly and very accommodating! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The apartment was nice and was located in a relatively quiet part of the city, so the location was very good. We only stayed for 2-3 days, and it was great! But this apartment would be an especially awesome choice if someone were looking for a slightly longer stay. I would stay here again.

We stay there from 27/1-29/1. The place is near to town hyderabad and secunderabad. Mr muhammed and lubna is very kind and supportive to helps us regarding the issues during we stay there. The sensage homes near the chai coffee that u should try. The transport around HYD is so easy. You can used OLA cab without curious. And the communication in india is a big problem when u take a 'yellow taxi'. Again, Thanks Mr Muhammed for the best host while we are in Hyderabad! See u again.

The stay was pleasant overall and Mr. Shabbir and his family were very co operative. The rooms were bigger than the photos and everything was in order. We also were able to buy food items locally, which was a great relief since we were traveling with a kid. Even the society watchman was helpful and provided me change of 100 rs notes in time of need :)

Wow what a nice experience! My first impression was that it was a bit far from central Hyderabad but that was actually a plus point! It was a very peaceful area where you could really relax nicely. I could even take a morning walk without the busy traffic and noise. Sudha was really a great host, really friendly and welcoming. Like my own sister! I booked last minute on the same day but she still managed to arrange a pick up from my bus stop. Sudha and her husband made me really feel like part of the family. We even had diner all together in their home. The room I got was really spacious with my own bathroom and not to mention an amazing view. Being a solo female traveller from abroad I really felt safe also staying with them, also with the security at the entrance. What makes this place even more amazing is the roof. Loved the amazing view from there. The apartment is just a short taxi ride to many malls, restaurants and the real good Hyderabad feeling. Even though they were busy with work they still were able to arrange everything for me. Next time when I come back to Hyderabad I will definately stay at Sudhas home again! We rented the place for a night. It is little on the outskirt but it is calm, nice and airy place. As one of our friend was staying nearby, the location was comfortable for us. Sudha is an amazing host. She made us feel really comfortable. The house is clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here. Sudha also helped us with directions for sightseeing. All in all, a good experience!

The place is in outskirts, but its near ring road thus its well connected. hosts were awesome. The area was really calm and peaceful. I highly recommend the place.

We stayed overnight at Sudha's place. They were quite friendly and accomodative of all our requests. We were travelling with kids. So i was very particular about baby-friendly food and they were very helpful about it. Its a nice safe place to stay if you dont want to travel to the city interiors. The rooms were clean and basic. As we were travelling to bangalore and needed an overnight stay closer to the highway, we found the place very comfortable.

I had a great stay here. I recommend walking to the restaurant 'Peth Puja' (only 10mins). Nice big room, and a very 'supportive' bed, which I enjoyed. Rahul has a great family, they were all very welcoming and respectful. It was sad to leave.

This was perfect place to stay. Rahul and his parents were extremely helpful and considerate. The room was great, and having a desk was very helpful. The location made it very easy to get transport, and was in a quite area. There is a great meals service you can order from if necessary. Would highly recommend this flat, especially for women who are traveling by themselves.

My stay in Hyderabad was not for holidays but for studying purpose. Therefore, I needed a calm, pleasant and friendly "home" where to stay - with high-speed Internet. This is exactly what I found at Rahul's place ! Everything was perfect, my room was spacious, with a private attached bathroom and a desk which made my PhD life easier. Rahul and his family are very nice and caring people and Rahul helped me in fixing several things like train ticket, cab booking and so on. Also, the complex is calm and I was able to work in a very good atmosphere. In a nutshell, I feel like a member of this Hyderabady family during my stay and this is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Rahul's place !

Rahul made it easy to find his place. I met his mother on my arrival. She tolerated my few words of Hindi with a lovely smile on her face and quickly showed me to my room and offered me water. It was late but since I passed a restaurant on my way there that appealed to me, I ventured out to get something to eat. The main road where the restaurants are located is about a 15min walk away, but autos and Uber are available if you so choose. A delicious breakfast was provided each day. There is a public vacation club quite close by that seems to allow non-members into the restaurant. I enjoyed the food there on 3 separate occasions. I enjoyed talking to Rahul about tech, starting companies, and many other topics. He's a down to earth, intelligent guy.

Good location, food joints within walking distance, Inorbit mall about 10mins drive. Spacious flat with car parking facility. We had a hassle free 3 nights stay with family. Vineela was very prompt and helpful. Overall a good experience.

This is a fantastic place. We came here with as a family with 5 yr old and a 65 yr old. very warm family like experience. Walkable to Habanero, McDonald, Dominos, Roti, Tabla, Cafe Nandini, Agra and Minerva Coffee Shop. You can get autos in 5 min walk on main road. Quiet neighborhood. Great security staff. Get your own clean towels and napkins. Make sure you ask for fresh bedsheets. We are quite happy with our experience and will recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Neat and clean place with minimal interaction.. was great for me since I had to come in or leave at odd hours for my work. The location is good if your primary need is to be in and around Gachibowli. The helpers were awesome support and are only a phone call away.

This is a shared service apartment with caretakers, so not really a traditional Airbnb. Having said that, I had a comfortable stay here - clean bed, clean bathroom with a hot water shower. Kalyan was reachable at all times and kind enough to let me checkin early. The caretakers were wonderful, even made breakfast for me. The other guests were also nice. The place is perfect if you're a solo traveller with stuff to do in the Gachibowli/Madhapur/Jubilee Hills areas.

Apartment was exactly as described. Clean, cool and modern. The staff from the chef to the drivers and Kalyan himself, were outstanding. Driving me places (at a cost), making meals, and booking my train to Mumbai! Great first impression of India! Thanks!

My daughter had an internship program in Hyderabad for which we had chosen to stay at this place for a month. The place is decent enough, with all good people around. The special mention are about Paresh who used keep the room clean daily and the cook who used to cook delicious home made food. The place was comfortable and tidy with great service in-house. I would recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a great experience.

Vijay truly went above and beyond here. I stayed at his place for upwards of a month and enjoyed every second of it. He is unbelievably responsive and accommodating, and goes all out to ensure you have a good stay. It's also in a great location, nearly several bars and the main road, so transportation is easy. All in all - good stuff!

Has turned out to be my goto place for past 3 visits. Very friendly, understanding peps, surprised at the privacy they offered. Warm people and a great house to stay. Will choose them always.

It's a good place to stay for a short time !!! Since we stayed in the hot time of the (URL HIDDEN) was really stuffy and hot inside the room. Vijay was very helpful and responded back immediately whenever we asked for help !!! We can cook with our own grocery items. Also the market and restaurants are just few min away. Airport is 40-45 min far. You will get the pushpak bus service from airport till kothaguda bus stop which is kind of near to the homestay and going back to airport the pushpak bus service is available from Shilparamam pushpak bus stop. But overall Vijay was a wonderful host and helped me in reaching the homestay and going back to the airport. Also there are lots of mosquitoes.

It was great time spending my time at Vijays house. Its super cool place and if you are privacy person you have all in the world. Vijay is super friendly and helping not just with room but outside of it as well.
