It is in the 3d floor (elevator), at 5 min walking distance from city center of vivid Chalkida town. It offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy Summer holidays, Spring/Autumn breaks or Winter escapes.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.
