Less than a half mile from downtown, provided coffee every morning, comfortable bed. Second floor but room is large and very close to the bathroom. There are quite a few steps from the street but there is a handrail if you need it.

This is a beautiful historic home that is immaculate and gorgeous. We would love to have time to explore the neighborhood next visit to Everett. Julia gives great tips and we loved Kate's for breakfast and coffee. The communication is excellent!

What a treat to stay in such a lovely home! Julia graciously accommodated my very late request after my reservation with a different host was unexpectedly canceled at the 11th hour. I received such a warm welcome and soon was comfortably tucked into a cozy room along with my own private bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and sincerely appreciated having such gracious hosts. We had a lovely stay at Julia and Stan's. The area is quiet and there are nice walks and restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and the bedroom and bed are comfortable. We never met Julia, but we had a nice visit with Stan.

We were just passing through on a trip to Steven's Pass and Leavenworth but enjoyed our short stint with Julia and Stanley. This home not only has that 1910 charm but the hosts are a delight to talk to ! Thank you again for being such great hosts!

This was for our installers and everything went fantastically.

I stayed at this property for a month and enjoyed the privacy it offers. The large yard is a plus as well. I didn't get to enjoy the deck but assume it must be awesome in the summer. Thaison responded immediately to my questions and even tried to locate another property when I learned my trip was extended. I recommend this property and will book again when I'm in the area.

The house is nicely set back from the main road. Quiet, comfortable and clean. A big kitchen with all the basic necessities. The host was awesome and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn’t need anything. The house was extremely clean and organized. 10/10 would stay again.

Cozy and enjoyable space with thoughtful hoasts that are helpful and respectful. The tiny house is a perfect size and it has everything you could need inside a home. The books and notes throughout the house answered all of our questions and the hosts left thoughtful treats and necessities as well. Very great experience.

I would highly recommend staying at Chris and Malissa’s tiny house. It exceeded my expectations.

As soon as you enter the tiny house you feel as though you are no longer in an Everett neighborhood but your own private tiny cabin in the woods. Quiet, clean, peaceful and just the right size. We had a wonderful cozy stay at the Tiny Tack house.

The Tiny Tack house was a fun and cozy retreat over the holidays. The space is particularly well-designed, and was comfortable for my wife and me. It was inspiring to see how well everything fit into a low-carbon footprint home. Malissa was a gracious host—she responded quickly, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

An amazing space, the wood interior makes everything feel homie and open. You never feel cramped, even when moving around between a couple sharing the space. Very responsful hosts and I would reccomend a stay here to anyone looking in the area

Great location! Close to Everett Station (for commuters - less than 5 minute drive), and easy to find close parking (either on property, or very nearby street parking. Tamil and Jesse made me feel very welcome and were extremely prompt with responses. Bedding, rooms, carpets, and towels were perfectly clean and comfortable. I was able to come and go at will and enjoyed my stay very much. Superb value. I will definitely stay here again!

For me this place deserves more then 5 stars! Great place to stay, huge kitchen, bathroom, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a coffee shop, grocery store and other small shops, within a mile from downtown Everett which has a lot to offer, you have your own private entrance and even have a nice little patio to sit on if you like. The host is great and responds to you very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for travel

The home retains some attractive historic character, with wainscoting and coved ceiling moldings, while the kitchen and baths are sparkling clean with all the modern conveniences. The bed in the second floor master suite had an excellent mattress, and the reading chairs were very comfortable. The private balcony and the electric fireplace were very nice touches. I will certainly book this room during future visits to Everett.

The house was very clean and the stay was great. I stayed here while trying to find an apartment Ryan and Jeffery were very patient with me when I kept extending my stay. And helping me to find a place to stay when they found out I was planing to stay at a hotel that wasn’t very safe, and gave ideas of places to go. Jeffery even gave some of his Xmas gift when he knew I didn’t have any food. This place is run by some very special people.

The place is very clean, and close to places to eat, shop and bus line. I liked that there was 3 different churches with in walking distance.

I recommend this place if you want a comfortable visit.

Ryan communicated very promptly and was so wonderful to accommodate my early check-in request. The room is huge and a great value, but it is just as advertised - clean, spacious, and a bit noisy with traffic. I didn't encounter any other guests and had the big (communal) bathroom to myself for my mid-week, one-night business stay. Served my purposes perfectly!

What a sweet little place! It offers more than what the pictures show especially in the kitchen! You can honestly make a full meal in that little kitchen! Cozy, clean and comfortable. Travelling with a 6 month old and it was a nice, quiet place for him. They even had a pack and play set out for him and a Christmas tree set up. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely space in a great location! Super comfortable bed and pillows, coffee in the cupboard for the morning, and your own little house. We didn't use the kitchen, but that's a big plus if you're staying for a while. Definitely recommend!

This has been a wonderful place to stay while on assignment at Providence Hospital! It’s close enough that on nice days, I can easily bike to work. The room was accurately described, and although it could be a little limiting for some people not to have access to a kitchen or laundry, there is a laundromat just down the road on Evergreen, and Joy kindly provided a Keurig coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room. As Joy mentioned, there can sometimes be some day-to-day noise from the other side of the wall (where the host family lives), but it is never disruptive and I just use earplugs when I am doing schoolwork. :) The host family has been very friendly and accommodating, and I’m thankful to have found such a great spot to stay!

Dwayne and Joy’s place was beautiful. It was the perfect size and thoughtfully accommodated for my first week in Washington. My mother and I were very pleased with the space, especially the comfortable bed, tea selection, and the Keurig machine. The family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable while respecting our privacy.

This place is super clean, very modern and comfortable. For us it was also conveniently located. Restaurants etc are only a couple of minutes away by car. The hosts are super friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much :-)

Perfect spot for traveling nurses I absolutely loved this space, and the amenities. The owners definitely decorated the unit nicely, and added personable items such as coffee, tea, a welcoming note, dishes/utensils, lotions, body wash, etc. The biggest thing that a nurse like myself loves the most is cleanliness and this place was spotless. I also enjoyed having an entire unit to myself including a private entrance and bathroom. Again thanks for making my stay such an enjoyable one.

By far this home is the BEST AIRBNB we have ever visited! This home has everything you could ever want in a vacation home. It had a beautiful scenery and was quite with a cozy feel throughout the home. Each room in the house was handled with such thoughtfulness. If I could sum it in a few words I’d call this home peaceful, accommodating and comforting. Don’t waste your time renting in the city where there’s no parking and constant noise. For people who are looking for a quiet and safe stay, Ron and Stacie is the right place. Nearby there is a small park with seating for relaxing and a beautiful view of the sea. The studio also offers plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen offers a fridge and a microwave oven to heat your food.

Absolutely loved staying here! The views, the location, and of course Ron himself. Can’t say enough how much of a help he was and I highly recommend everyone to book a stay!

If you want to be in the center of action this is the place for you! I loved my little fake fireplace heater,bed was comfy. Small area great for one person,2 might be pushing it. I didn't go in the main house much but what I saw was nicely decorated and clean. Ryan was great with communication whenever I had a question. I'll be back!

2nd Stay: Winter wonderland hit the area while I was there. So much fun to stay in this cozy little cabin with an electric fireplace blazing and showering the room with a flickering glow. Watched some good shows and Football. Got out and tromped to the close restaurants and 24 grocery grocery when needed. At first I was dumbstruck and could not get the fireplace turned on...one late night text and quick response from Ryan and was good to go. Another very fun and comfortable experience!

I stayed at this place for a second time and it was pleasant and just what I needed.

This AirB&B is a cut above. Outstanding value, cleanliness, style, amenities, communication, local conveniences. The location worked out so much better than I expected. The location is only a short drive to the Everett Transit Center, though a local bus stop is one street over. I found the local restaurants within easy walking distance very fun and convenient. Dont hesitate too long on this place, it will get booked quite quickly, especially with a growing reputation of repeat clients, myself included.

Ryan keeps a very clean environment. The room was small and comfortable. He provided extra touches that made for an exceptionally pleasant stay. My favorite part was the amazing heater and the close location to Everett Medical Center and other local activities. I will be staying again.

Great little sleeping pad with all the amenities you could need for a short overnight or even longer. The tiny home was perfect for just myself, but is easily suited to a second person also. Plenty of little extras around the house's lower level, making it feel much more at home than in a hotel. Easy access, friendly host, and a great spot to stay while visiting the Seattle area!

I had an incredible stay at Roy’s place. I came after backpacking in Olympic National Park and it was a great place to relax and recuperate. This is a cool alternative to staying in a chain hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast feel, for introverts...no inn keepers or communal breakfast. The place is super clean, coffee - Keurig machine, was nice. We stayed in the Ocean room, it was clean and comfy, had shower gel, shampoo and a blow dryer. There is a lot of hardwood so if your neighbors are loud talkers you will hear them, but it was super quiet at night which is most important. Parking was easy, in front of house on the street and directions super clear on how to enter the property.

They are an amazing couple who will make you feel right at home :) The dogs are adorable and the homemade granola is tasty. Everything was clean and the location was perfect for me while I was apartment hunting.

Elsie's place was extraordinary.

Wow, this place is amazing its hard to know where to begin. If you ever wanted to know what its like to live in an upscale home from the late 1800's, look no further. Our host, Bill, was very kind and gracious to give us a detailed tour of his large home and to point out interesting facts and features of the home. For example, this home once had live in servants and we saw the small hidden staircase that they would use. The room we stayed in was very well furnished and had beautiful wallpaper from 1910. The room was also quite large. My fiance is a history buff and he really enjoyed our stay. Bill is very nice and interesting to talk to. He also makes excellent coffee. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Clean rooms, adorable doggos, delicious bread, and chocolate - She even irons the sheets! What more could you possibly ask for ;) I'm really looking forward to the next opportunity to stay here!

This is my second time around Chez Elsie. She and her husband are the best hosts imaginable. I came back BECAUSE of her, and what she brings to life. Top shelf, full of life, Elsie is a force of nature. Her home is lovely, continental, a bit of a museum and menagerie. If all AirBnBs were so well done, what a world we'd have. Anytime I'm in Everett, I know where 'll be staying.

Immaculately clean and well within walking distance of Providence. Check-in was a breeze and it was nice with little touches. The king size bed was super comfortable and the linens were luxurious. They were great views out the windows. I wish all airBNBs were this well-taken care of... would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! Close to the water, and the drive into Seattle isn’t as bad as I thought it would be! Wonderful host and such a quick response for all of my questions and very friendly! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay again!

This was quite possibly the cleanest and nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The space was very beautiful and quiet. Comfortable beds and cozy living areas. Would absolutely recommend this space to everyone! Joanne was quick to respond to any message and very hospitable.

If anyone is looking for an excellent AirBNB....I highly recommend The Perch of Providence. Joanne is a wonderful host an her communit ation is awesome!...the place was spotlessly clean an very charming...this is the place to stay while in the Seattle area!

The Perch is exceptionally clean and I appreciated the updated, modern finishes. The residence was exactly as pictured in the photos. The host was very responsive, although I had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again!

We came to town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. The place was super clean and decorated really cute. I like to sleep with a fan for white noise and usually bring my own but forgot but was thrilled to see they had portable fans. The communication was great with Joanne was always prompt. Highly recommend this place we would definitely come back if we are in town again.

Absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, very cute, and had everything we needed. It is close enough to downtown that we walked, but far enough where it was quiet. It also has a beautiful view! Would definitely stay again.

A quick response is always appreciated and his was instantaneous. Easy check-in, spacious room, tv equipped with Netflix/Hulu, and a private toilet were all appreciated as well.

Daniel's place met our needs very nicely. We wanted a quick stop for the night and his place was perfect. Very close to the I-5 with easy self check in was all we needed. The room was nicely laid out and clean as was the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of hot water in the main bathroom plus a wide selection of shampoos, conditioners and body wash made it very comfy. The blow dryer was nice and easily accessible. Nice clean soft towels completed the wonderful experience.

Braun and Lisa's place was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The location was close enough to walk downtown but in a quiet and charming neighborhood that felt like I was getting the locals experience of Everett. I felt safe and comfortable, and will stay again on my next visit to Everett.

This house is in a great location near the quaint downtown area of Everett. But more importantly, this older historic home is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It is a great choice for someone who likes the charm of a B&B but doesn’t want the “social” part of it. The coffee bar downstairs is a nice touch and much appreciated! The street it’s on is serene and quiet, and our room had a beautiful view of the water. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We stayed at Alyssa and Sager’s place for about a week and everything was prefect! Super clean, cozy, just 5 minutes from DT Snohomish, and equipped with everything your need for a short stay. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time! Thanks again for everything guys!

Home was very clean and exactly as described.

Good place and good location

Very nice place with 2 beds and both have firm and comfortable mattresses. Little mini fridge and microwave and tv that's hulu and netflix capable. It's basically a stand alone studio without a kitchen but there are other tenants under and I think to the side. All and all, very nice place and would highly reccomend.

Very cozy , very comfortable bed. The TV with Netflix and Alexis was awesome. Enjoyed every bit of it. Would definitely book again if I ever come back to Everett. My host Collettee was very tentative and answered any of my needs or concerns. Nice views of the Evergreen trees right in her backyard!

If there was a chance to offer more than 5 stars, she sure really deserves it. Her personality and warmth makes her one of the best host so far. The attention to detail noticeable from the moment you walk in to the luxurious bedding. Definitely a great choice, for the stay and for the money.
