It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideal for tours between Lake Neusiedl and the Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Castle in Fertőd

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

This fantastic cottage offers a quiet location and has a breathtaking view over the Schneeberg. The Teesdorf train station, the Lille Hus Coffee, a Spar and pharmacy are all within walking distance. There is a tennis and soccer field in close proximity, as well as a huge dog walk-through zone.
