35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. 13 minutes by car from Iyu Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyu City Station 3-minute drive or 14-minute walk from JR Iyokami-na Station. It takes about 40-50 minutes by car to visit Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, Tate Zoo, etc. A cute house completely remodeled in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimonachi Station. We also have a new kitchen, bath, and toilet. There is a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats in the bedroom. The living room and dining room are about 10 tatami mats western style.Large deck terrace. There is also a front yard. If you play in the neighborhood... you can fully enjoy Shuangkai Town as a base for playing in the sea, playing in the sky, and playing on land. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 minutes on foot. Futami Seaside Park (roadside station, beach) is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk.
